I hope all is going well for the DG Fam! SO sorry for being absent. I sure hope I get to see most of you at this year's EDGE!! Hugs all around!! Let's all sit out by Randy's throne at the firepit and share and talk REI into the night after the best info-filled days one could EVER ask for with Dean!!!!

OK, I am currently working on what I expect to be my best deal yet!
Laura and I have a few places together still (renting and lease/optioned). I haven't kept up on her journal, so I don't wanna spill any beans about where she is now (Hey, friend! Love ya if you're reading this!)

Jumped on a great MLS bank-owned that I'll be closing on this week (potential profit of $80K or more!), and a new sheriff's sale property I'm keeping my eye on with $98K equity! (for $57K purchase).

Have a MN investor I'm working with who just picked up a MN sheriff's sale prop for $24K. Interesting mistake on the recording of mortgages back in 2001, so that the lesser was recorded first, thus wiping out a $90K mortgage at the sheriff's sale. VERY interesting!

Heading to Texas end of next month for tax sales down there. Very excited to go (and learn, and maybe buy??!). WIll be my first time in Texas.

SOOOOOOOO looking forward to the EDGE in May!

Have done some other deals with DG Fam and even coaches recently. (THANKS, GUYS!! Love working with you!!!!)

Umm... what else? Well, I do miss everyone! Have had a few calls from some of you, haven't gotten to return them all (sorry!), but so excited for the great news that many of you are sharing! Hope EVERYONE is keeping on giving it their all!! Like Richie says, NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!!!

Good Morning to all, I am a newbie with lots of goals in life. I really think my mission is to help people find houses that are suitable for them in the future or right now. My question to share is How do i explain to my Buyers what to do first before getting into the house of their dreams. I am amazed at the rank you have by being successful "Rina".

Ditto Linda. Rina hope you come out to the plus on the auctions. I've been wanting to do that down there for a decade but always seem to be broke broke in January. Watch yourself on the Texas ag properties though. They have some with varying years to which you can claim them. With your skills you may have that knowledge already, but just in case I put it on here for you to check.
Maybe some day you will get around to the PM about us getting to talk.

PS. My sister lives in NJ and she and her partner have 3 houses in PA. She doesn't know that I'm thinking about real estate investing. I'll try to find out where their properties are. Got the houses for really cheap and fixed up and renting now.

Just letting you know that today I read every one of the posts in your journal. I started one, still a newbie. Picked up some fantastic tips/advice. My action step for today. You seem like a great person and I would love to be a part of your dg sister circle perhaps one day.

Hi Brandon! Nice to meet you. It's been a couple months since your post here. Your question about what to tell buyers has SO many answers. Where to begin.. Maybe I'll ask you what you have learned already here on the site by reading and watching over the last couple months? (Awesome site for learning isn't it?? I could never have come so far without Dean and all the others here! I spent up to 13 hrs a day reading and "conversing" when I first started, soaking up the info I needed to jump into the REI River! ) Anyway, I'd love to hear your take on what you've absorbed/put into action!

We went to EDGE last year and I met Rina. Are you considering taking your kids with you to EDGE? We took our kids with us and the hotel recommended an agency to babysit. They were great. If you need any information I'd be glad to help.

Ohh! I love skydiving! I went once before and it was an awesome experience! I will have hubby with me and I don't think I could get him to do it again. But, it sounds awesome!

it was another amazing edge event and great to see you again.Thank you for doing the luau night ...it was so much fun to see them dance and put on a great show.how did the skydiving go??...you will have to tell us about the adventure !!!! would u do it again ??....will have to plan it again next yr early to get more .I know u r busy doing deals so talk when u get a chance .
