thank you for your support!! yes i could use a promissory note,correct but i have a great relationship with an attorney and i am working 12 hr days at my present job so they r taking care of everything incl contract and having it signed and collecting down payment until i can get there some late night this week to sign and pick up down payment.this attorney is awesome !!! or i should say paralegal that works for attorney!!.hope all your deals go well!!

#73 is a reality. Its not that big of a deal. In 2010 I want to do over 100 deals. I finally figured out how!

it is in my journal but wanted to post on here that i just got the down payment of 10000 towards the sale of 23000 for the 06 astro doublewide!!!!! the buyers signed the promissory not and gave me a check of 10000 with the balance of 13000 to be pd at signing of title over to them when i recieve it back from the dmv in a couple weeks!!! this is deal # 4 and i am actively looking to capture deal # 5 for the total refund of cost of deans real estate success academy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. ACTION IS ALL IT TAKES!!
