Way to go! How long did it take you? I'm in the academy and am about ready to start searching for my first deal. Did you join the taxclub? I've had a lot of trouble with them. That is so awesome! I can't wait until the day I can post this too! And I can stick my tongue out at my skeptical husband who still gives me a hard time.

Congrats and way to go!! I cannot wait to be where you are. I joined the Success Academy Feb. 2010 and I was scared to spend the money, but with the full refund guarantee I thought, what do I really have to loose? It is part of my motivation to keep taking ACTION. I have a buyer lined up for my first deal and I am in the process of looking for the property now. I agree the guidence and education I have recieved, thus far, from the Academy has been awesome! I have to admit that this can all be overwhelming at times, though. Your success gives me motivation to work toward my goals of completing my first 5 deals and receiving a full refund too!! Thanks for sharing.

What you have to do is go on Craigslist and build a list of students interested in the academy. Then you assign your rights to these students for a profit. Just kidding. From everything I read, it sounds as if the academy is well worth the tuition. I am going to join with my next commission check. However, I'm telling Dean right now not to spend it because I will have at least 5 deals in my first year and will be getting my refund.

They have several options, they will try to work with you.

3 separate duplexes - another contract

Do I qualify for refund?
Would be nice to get it and roll it in to another deal...

If I remember correctly it is 5 deals that profit $1000 or more within 1 year. I would call the Success Academy Coaching Line to find out for sure.

Each Deal needs to profit $1000.

the Academy called me and I think I'm about ready to go for it.
Having a Coach/Mentor would help me reach my goals much faster. That's what I here anyway.

Can you tell me what the DG success academy tuition is; Just a rough estimate? I AM VERY INTERESTED!!!!

I got a call last week from one of Dean's mentors, (and a GREAT guy by the way) but we really didn't get into what the tuition was. I was surprised to hear that if I didn't made a deal, I owed nothing to the DG Academy!! (talk about a guarantee!)

Any-how, Can you help me decide whether or not to enroll by telling me what the refund to GD was? Was it a percentage of sales.., or is it a flat rate?

There are various packages for the Academy - it is best to discuss with them. Depending on which package you sign up for the tuition may be different for example will a mentor come to you for a weekend, will you get the online resources and calls only or will you set up a payment plan.

The Coaches/Mentors will discuss what experience you already have what type of investing you want to do and what your current financing situation is and get you on the right program.

We have heard others upset before by hearing someone paid this amount, etc. The program varies by individual. We recommend call and discussing your options with the Academy directly.

sorry for not replying sooner but i am super busy with work and many other things going on!! just wanted to say thank you to all who responded to questions and gave kudos and support.all incan say is yes the academy will teacdh you what you need to know and WILL guide you to what strategy to use AND help you all the way to completing a deal and another and another. YOU JUST NEED TO PUT THE EFFORT IN!!! it will not happen on its own.. soooooooooooooo if you have any idea of joing and want to TAKE ACTION then the academy is FOR YOU !!! joe said it best the academy is a TREMENDOUS PROGRAM but YOU need to take action. see you at the edge!!!SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED TO GET THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone, what's best way have refund, I heard so many people got refund we spend over $55000.00 at this program and I am scare I can't do this. I have no money left to do anything else, I can't over calm my fear. Right now we have couple deals but it's taking so long to do a deal just first deal. And no one seem to care about my situation, I can't stop thinking I would never see my whole life saving again. What do I need to do, and each time I call support line, waiting time take up to a hour hold and they just answer my question and when I ask what to do, They just said "you doing great just keep making offer, bye" they want me got off phone as soon as possible. and I am loss. Serious don't know what to do. no one cares even myself give up on myself and I hate this feeling. What to do what to do what to do???

you need to keep calling the coaches and ask them to guide you; ask them to give you a plan for the week, and then go out and take action and complete the activities that are given to you. Keep yourselves accountable every day. Be organized, and keep track of everything that you're doing, every day, so that you know what's working and what's not...

Join a rei club in your area where you can network with other investors; there a lot of experienced investors who like to mentor and share their knowledge, but you need to go out and find them.

Don't give up; rei is not difficult, but it takes a lot of work and determination!
