Even though it is Christmas, I am still eagerly awaiting one more item....Dean's new book "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits." I have really enjoyed and learned a tremendous amount of information from all of Dean's books and programs. I can't wait to get his latest book which has to be a must read for all beginning or savvy real estate investors! Each of Dean's previous books have been packed with so much great information, tips, techniques and strategies. I know Dean's newest book will be a great way to start the new year! 2010 will be the year of the DG (Student) Investors! Believe and Achieve! - Joe

My girlfriend said that she saw Dean's new commercial last night where he was selling 3 books! I can't wait for the new book. My grandma also saw him on t.v. yesterday with 3 books. Has anyone seen this new commercial? I am so excited, I can't wait to get my hands on the new book.

when can members get their hands on the book?

I was happily surprised this morning when the UPS man knocked on my door with the new book! I am so happy to have it, it is a greatttttttttt book. I only got a chance to read a bit of the beginning and the Jeremy & Jan chapter this morning, but it is just great. I looked over everything, and there are some amazing tips and stories in there. This book really shows how anyone and everyone can make money in their own town and how they can take action right now. I am at work right now, but tonight when I get home I doubt I will be able to sleep, there is just story after story after story of how regular people like you and I made money in RE. I love the references of the Boss Springsteen in there too and how Jan and I are living in Glory Days and we are the BOSS now! Very cool. Everyone should get this book!!!!

Hey does anyone know if the 50% offer applies to the deal he has on the infomercial or just the latest book?
I didn't get the last book and it would be a better deal for me to buy from the infomercial than getting just the one book.

I just sent for Dean's new book. I am eager to get and read it. I just had to have emergency eye surgery yesterday and was scheduled to take a state certification CNA test but due to the unexpected surgery I had to miss it,and now I can't get a job as a CNA till I pass the test and then get my certification and get a job. I guess I will have plenty of time to read around my part time job and I hope to get going in RE and make a living now.
Anxious to read it I have both of his other books. Cant wait!!!

I just got mine yesterday! I guess they're finally shipping; I was sooooooo_anxious. I was getting ready to check to see if it might have gotten "lost" in shipping; ya never know what those mail carriers are reading on their breaks! be a little more patient....you'll get yours.

Does Anyone Have Any Success With The Program Or Did I Waste My Money?

Aside from getting eye back in 2004, purchasing Dean's books for me, was the best investment I've ever made. BAR NONE. If you apply what he tells you to apply, and read other's posts, you will not fail in this business. It's too easy too easy to make excuses, blame others, or give up, but if you stay excited long enough to do your first deal, you'll be glad that you didn't give up on yourself.
