Your children are adorable Your dedication to them in spite of your busy schedule is AWESOME!

I look back on how much time I missed with my children due to stress over finances, or my husband working endless hours. I wish I could take the freedom I have now back in time and enjoy the life that I missed out on. Enjoy every day and cherish every moment

I am enjoying more time with my children now that we are financially free. Its not the money but the freedom to live life. When I was in debt up to my ears I could not see past the problems long enough to see the life I was missing.

Thanks for the inspiration by allowing us to be a part of your joy! Can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve...

Cute as a button kids Mine are all grown up and gone, CHERISH them because it goes by fast! I really wish I had the freedom I will have in the next few months, when they were little. :/ But, I will teach them to have this freedom, so that they can give *their* kids the time I wish I could have given *them*... I have two of my own Briana and Alex. I am doing it for them to seed them happy like your. I have cut out special Saturdays to make the big Idea happen. I am just getting ready for what is coming. I am generating a Big List of deals ready to get Cook. I am just missing the right ingredients. That is coming in two weeks. You are putting it together for all of us. THANK YOU!

Thanks, just realized that "Fake it till I Make It" is what I practice on a daily basis with Real Estate; didn't even know it.

How you present yourself to your clients/peers/potential partners is HUGE. Working in a start-up for the last 10 years, I have learned that if I "act as if" I win. When people are looking for an expert, and find you, it is easy to trust when there is confidence.

Brings back many memories - seeing your children jumping around. Mine are all grown up now - the youngest is 17. I bought your books a couple of weeks ago and downloaded the mp3 versions - have gone through the mp3 ones and am closing on our first rehab the 23rd - walking in with 45k in equity and am looking at another property - i just need to find the private investors - so I'm very much looking forward to part II. Have an awesome day and thanks for all your help - I have been wanting to do this for over 10 years now and in less than 2 weeks after getting the courage to get out there and put into practice what I've learned I landed the first property. thanks again for your encouraging words and awesome support.

Great Blog and cute kids Dean, they grow up so fast and then the are gone, seeing you with them brings back really good memories of younger years with ours. They are now 23 and 21. Good Morning Sir:
This is my first comment that I have had. I have looked at all the Blogs that you sent me. I always appreciate you keeping us motivated. I've been a student of yours for years, and I am ashame to say that I have not completed a deal. I have all of your books. I have taken some action, but fear always took over so I've never completed a deal. Some was fear, and some being funding.

I a retired now, and I working on getting over the fear that I have of speaking to people. I will complete many deals in 2011, to make up for all the time I have lost. I am working with your SFL Program, and I can not wait to see what you have in store for us as far as funding goes. I attended The Insider's Edge in Maryland, and Mr. Ellingford mention a funding source for that program. I was hoping that something would be done for your other programs, and now it is coming.

What you said, on this weeks Blog that if one has fear of speaking fake it until you make it that is what I will have to do. One thing that I can be grateful for is that I have always had the backing of my family.

Your two little people are cute, and handsome. Enjoy them they grow very fast.

A Power Breakfast is always a great way to start a day, especially a Saturday. It is always fun to take the kids and see the great time they have drawing, coloring and ordering their food. Great blog this week, nice to see family mixing well with business, cute kids. I can't wait, as so many of your readers for the new financing/lending program you are putting to gether...I have a deals but no money or financing to buy/fix them up here in SW FL Cape Coral...you should visit and see all the deals down here..it's starting to look like it did back 3-5 years ago when we were on the RE High. Love to get together and do some deals with you, I have a few 19 plus property package deals I'd like to do with you, that could be used for your other readers to purchase and rent out!!!! Dean, I have not close a deal as of today but I'm working to close some commercial notes deals and about 28 sfh deals. I talk to those people like I know what I'm talking about. If it happen I will be closes a deal in the millioms. I love this family. well I have to go I have a appt. to look at a rent to own property wish me luck.

I think this is what we all strive for...Faith, Family, Friends, Finances and Health! You are a picture of it....thanks for all you do!
