Thanks for doing another weekly video blog for all of us. The Gain the EDGE 10 was a tremendous event. We met many new people and some familiar DG Members from DG.com that were ready to take action and apply the information they learned at the event. We can't wait for next year's EDGE event. Just hearing the speakers again brings me right back to AZ. And listening to them, truly hearing what they were saying, has changed the way I attack a possible deal, especially with those listing agents of REOs. We have many of them here in New England and we will see soon if making my offers through the listing agent gets me better responses at all. Thanks once again and can't wait to come back.

Wow,

I felt like I was there... I finished the Gain the Edge 09 training packet. I found it iluminating & full of direction. I am gathering the pieces of my puzzle. I have an accountant and 2 real estate agents, a handyman and a painter. I will be partnering with one of my daughters in an effort to get things done quicker. I would like to network with others here in Central Florida,(Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park,Sanford, New Smyrna, Kissimmee) real estate investment groups, and those people with connections in New York or Baltimore. This will prove to be a very interesting year. Dean, THANK YOU ! & I look forward to meeting you....

Dean, I have been listening for two years and I think I am ready to go do something with all of this.Yes I have some fear,but I think I can make it through it.

Thanks again for all you have done for us. I have hard time keeping back tears today. So much is happening so fast with promotion of Joe's book and my husband was able to get a bid on a flip home today for painting. Owner was hard money lender and wanted to do business with us. Things are starting to happen, just have to take action. I'M GOING TO GET TO THAT EDGE YET!!!!!!
