Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #161 - It's a Wonderful Life?

Our lives were hanged forever the day I picked up the phone and ordered Dean's book right from a TV commercial...I DON'T normally watch any TV...so it was meant to be that I watch and get inspired to buy, read and put into action Dean steps...I joined the Success Academy...did my homework (5 deals) and get every penny back!! AND HAVE 4 homes in Florida gainfully rented and soon to close on a vacation rental condo!!! I have very recently retired and taking my RE "business" to the next level in January!! Thanks Dean!!! Our grandchildren know who you are...You're the guy "who let Mamog (Gaelic for grandma)retire and play Monopoly"...lol

Thank you Dean for that awesome video. I really liked the first part of the video, especially when it went in reverse...made a lot of sense. Also, Carol's letter was really special and I am happy for her and her family and that her kids recognize what she (and you) have done for their family.

Sometimes we can fall back into our old ways of accepting things the way the are, even when we know better and want to do better, then we settle for less than God's best, appreciate being shaken from our slumber. Dean you were called for such a time as this, thanks for answering the call.

That video really hit home with me, because that is the same kind of stuff I hear at home, 24/7. I do what I can to keep my head up, but it just becomes so much of a struggle to do that,that all of my energy seems to be wasted on keeping my head up and fighting off all that negetivity that, nothing else seems to get done.
So I orderd your new book ( 30 Days to Real Estate Cash.)and suddenly I feel a sense of rejuvination. My mind is no longer bogged down with the usual doldrums of the day, I am excited to pick up your book and read on, and I know that once I am done reading your book, the real work begins.
Not like reading fiction,where you finish reading a story then return the book to the shelves and look for another one to read. This is a work-book that shows you how to put one foot in front of another and fills you with the type of knowledge and good habits you need to make it in todays Real Estate market.
I have to say Dean, I beleive this is the best book you've written thus far.
I am suddenly picking up on old deals I gave up working on 3 months ago and with a sudden sense of re-doubled vigor I am hoping to close on one of them sometime after the holidays.

Really a powerful thought, that unfortunately infests too many daily attitudes. I beleive in your teaching Dean. I am failing misability but refuse to give up and know in my heart that if I keeping trying to figure out and applying my failures that eventualy I will succeed despite all the obstacles in my face. MERRY CHRISTMAS Dean - and everyone else too!

This was a wonderful video for the end of the year, REALLY HIT HOME - made me think, "What am I going to do" and "How am I going to do it" to make 2012 different.

2012 is NOT going to be another "Someday Isle" kind of year of putting off my hopes and dreams and watching them gradually wither!

Dean, this is a video I will watch whenever I hit a low spot and start feeling like I can't make it. I'm sure I'll be back to it over and over, even as I pick up speed and make progress it will still push me to do better and continue to improve what I do and to take responsibility and control of how my life turns out - and THAT is the POWER of it! WOW! What a great gift you gave us in this video!

When I first read it I was saying to myself,this is not the Dean I have come to know...till I got to the end and reversed it. Once again you have given me hope and inspiration to keep pushing forward to land that first deal, and continue to build more from there. In times when I feel down and my goal of being reunited with my daughter seems out of reach and impossible, when daily struggles to get by from week to week and feeling like I am "circling the drain" of life. I read some inspiring words from you and it gives me hope to keep going till I make it. Thank you for all that you do, and God bless you and your family.

I know how Carol felt it is ruff I live that every day since my parents both passed away six months of each other. I take care of my handicapped sister who needs 24/7 care. We live in IL my sister gets disability I don't get anything for taking care of her because I am her sibling the state wont pay me. If I gave up my rights to her the state can put her in any home in IL. they will make all medical decisions on her she 49 years old with the worst stage of autism along with being a mute and has brain damage since birth I just can not do that to her I need a income bad so we can make it. I bought your edge 10 DVD set I have watched your DVD's over and over I really believe in You but I never had any help getting started and that's what I need help in the worst way I want to make sure that I am doing things right. I want to be able to sit next to you on stage and tell how well I do by following your knowledge I have trust and faith in you I have what it takes I wont let you down.

That was one of the most awesome and inspiring messages that I have seen. At first I was like, where is he going with this then I remembered in the email you said to watch it until the end. It was great and very creative.

Thank you for sharing Carol's letter with us. It is very encouraging. I am unemployed and past my last nickle. I won't let go of my dream. My family is too important. I am hanging on by a thread. I have faith in all that you have taught us. It keeps my spirit going when I don't know if I can hold on anymore. I still have a roof over my head and am grateful for that. I know there are many others that are in much worse shape than I am. I would love to be able to give back by hiring a painter, roofer, carpet layer, landscaper...whatever is needed to get the house ready for sale. To help put food on the table for a family in need. This is my wish.

How powerful and inspiring! The reverse video was awesome! Carol is right, you know! You have also inspired me in many ways. There were time when I was a bit down and listening to your Weekly Wisdom really inspired me. It's not just your words, but your presence! You have a zest for life and for living no matter what. Thank you for all you have taught us so far. Eventually, you will see the fruits of our listening and taking action, as did Carol and so many before her. Enjoy the holidays with your family and keep up the family tradition you started this Christmas! I know that 2012 will be your best year ever, because it is going to be my best year ever and it can only get better and better. Great video blog, great message, great everything! And Carol, as one of my favorite DG Superstars shared a beautiful letter and really brought out the spirit in what in means to bring faith to a whole new level. And her last $35 towards her investment with REI was totally worth it and look where she's at now. And I know I'm gonna be the NEXT Carol Stinson for 2012 and be on my way to financial freedom! Now how do we get the initial funding to do this??

Carol at least had $30+ to get started at a time. I admire her for what she did,it was hard thoughtful work, and has done along with you and others. She did this when this was all relatively new and people were more open to investing and hadn't been victims of scams or aware of such or realized they can be more picky on who and how they invest with. Yes a number of newer "students" have gone forward, but it financially cost them a bunch more. A great investment in themselves, true!

I know many reading this will have unfriendly thoughts but ooh well!
Finding buyers, sure. Finding property deals, yep sure. Funding for marketing, advertising funds and lock up funds for a vast number of us, not happening. Your Success Academy is/was a great thing but they too run out of ways when the money isn't there to lock up a deal. The buyers have gotten very savvy to us asking them for money up front on a wholesale deal.

This was freaking awsome enough said!!!!

Just want to thank you Dean for your help and inspiration, I have been down on myself for some time now, not doing what I know I need to do.I have all your books and attending your seminar on Thursday in Tucson 8-20-12. You have inspired me to get back nto the game and jus DO IT----TAKE ACTION AND JUST DO IT
