Dean I must say every week I am motivated by your blogs! Not just the real estate info but the life coaching that comes from the positive messages your share with the DG family. I was feeling a little down cause I don't yet see how to really get started due to lack of finances that line up with desires to make moves in real estate. Todays weekly wisdom gave more motivation to prepare myself to create that buyers list and do what it takes to find deals. So thanks again Dean.

I realy enjoyed Part II. Thank you for keeping us motivated and excited about RE. I have a family member who has the scarcity/defeated mindset. I avoid her whenever possible because she is always saying how unfair life is and she does have a lot of jealousy in her heart.. just like you talked about. It brings me down so I just try to change the subject but that doesn't work. The only thing that works is not to answer the phone sometimes! I love her dearly but I just can't handle her negative mindset! I am so thankful for everything and for all my friends on DG.com and for you, Dean, for being who you are and teaching us how be REIs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I tried all the other "gurus" in the past and just wasted money. You are the real deal. You prove it every week with your weekly wisdom.

holy crap, man. I can tell last week's comments got under your skin and it became personal at that point. this was so real. I'm TEXTBOOK scarcity. as much as I hate to & don't want to admit it. thank you dude, so much. I'll be tuning in weekly to see where this goes.

I want that sheet you're reading from. I want to tack it to a wall and read it after different "happenings" to see what kind of epiphanies differnt moods and mindsets spark.

that's a very effective way to get more from something you've already seen that i use sometimes.

Dean, Thanks for all that you share with us. We really appreciate it and always look forward to your next blog. In examining the points you raised, I believe they all are a part of us, but we have to sway from the negative and cleave to the positive.

I am living the scarcity life, but my mind is in the abundant mode-and jumping on board the flipping program to embrace and Live Abundantly. Can't happen soon enough!

I took a year off of Real Estate to work on myself as I had noticed I was in dire need of self improvement. I grew up in a situation of lack and I had to dig deep and follow a process to kick out all those thoughts of inadequacy trapped inside my mind. So it took patience and a year of time that I thought I could have been doing deals. But in hindsight I wouldn't have been able to do any deals with my past state of mind.
Now it's funny to observe all the patterns and watch everything fall into place effortlessly coming from a new mindset of abundance. Money isn't even a first thought like it was before. All the people, events and timing are here now to make money the Product of the abundant mind state.
Everything is happening right on time, and I am surely allowing it.

Dean thank you for another great blog.

Prop manager has become unenthused and dragging his feet about rental ..upper Duplex: How do I motivate him to get up and move on just knock the ugly off the unit and not make it a palace:..I am thinking fix up and sell but will sell better with occupancy..

How timely as my prop manager is running out of enthusiasm re renting my upper duplex..I know once it is rented I can sell the property and move onto a larger property with greater income.I know all to well the prosperity versus poverty act.. and I must motivate him as well with that mindset.Thanx DG for what you do

For this reason I have made it a point to no longer listen to, or watch negative information. I will only read and listen to positive and uplifting literature.

dean I'am having trouble getting started,I started a buyers list, put out bandit signs, and really don't know what to do next. I won't to wholesale but have no money to get started need capital really pushing forward but need help thanks Tammy!!! Good mindset

Thanks for bringing it to reality. Everyday, as I go through adversity, my mind wonders to the scarcity side and I catch myself before it becomes overwhelming. It's nice to hear the different strategies to beat the pessimistic side of your brain, especially when things get tough. Great advice!

It is funny how much influence mindset has over your day-to-day. My husband and I went to a seminar about 3 weeks ago. Before that day, we would never have dreamed ask anyone for more than $100 or so but we managed to secure half of the tuition to go to the 3 day workshop and don't regret it one bit! I find myself at work ready for the day when I can leave this job behind. I didn't sign up today for the class to be a certified trainer, even though I am very good at my job, because I do not believe I will be there much longer! My mind is made up! Thank you Dean for the videos and resources to make this happen. This time next year, I will certainly not be on that job!!!
