Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #233 - A Year's Worth of Inspiration

Hey Dean,

We are still excited from The Buying Summit. Wish we could have attended the EDGE event. Mark had to go out of town for his job that we want so badly to get him out of.

We got some great news when we were out of town!! We got a call from one of our buyers that he needs a house for one of his buyers between $300,000-350,000 and he wants us to do it!! Hopefully we will get our first deal behind us!!! Scared..excited...cannot wait...

Thanks to you, Dean, it is happening!!

This years Edge event was once again the most inspiring, educational, and fun event I could ever have hoped for. Every year it gets better. friendships are formed so easily when you hang out with like minded people!
Recognizing someone you saw last year and feeling excited to reconnect. Knowing too that the first timers will be back next year and ready to share about their year Edge to Edge (thanks for that Gena!) and how it helped to move them forward personally and professionally. It certainly has done that for us, and we are so grateful and truly appreciate all the effort that goes in to making it as powerful as it is.
The networking benefits are as valuable as the education because these friendships so often grow into partnerships. It seems impossible to believe that at the Edge 2011 we didn't know anyone, and the Edge 2013 felt like coming home. Greg Harmon told our waitress that he was just here hanging out with 200 of his closest friends. That's true for me too.
I personally feel exhausted...drained...and incredibly happy!

Got to finally meet you in person, also got to meet and chat with Matt for a bit as well.Bummer thing was I picked up a real ugly cold a few days before the Event, But I wasn't gonna let that stop me from coming Was able to meet Lots and Lots of Great Like Minded People from all over,We are Even Working on doing some Deals together as We Speak,Both Inside & outside of Calif.

Dear Dean, sounds like it was a great EVENT, we will be at the next one. We are already planning
our next Summit trip. We also have a trip planned to SLC to meet some of the people there in September.

Hey Dean!
My wife and I had attended the Insider VIP party, and it was the 1st event that we had attended. It was an Amazing experiace and it really gives you the feeling of being part of somthing bigger!
The 1st person I had seen was Matt Larson and I immidiatley introduced myself, it was cool. ( I love his car too) The next person I talked to was Andrea Weule. It was nice to meet in person the expert I had asked all my "Expert Questions" to.
While you were on stage you said you would try and shake veryones hand at the Edge Event, but unfortunatly we were unable to make it this year, but LUCKLY I found you in the back after the music had started. I didnt introduce myself, but I did get to shake your hand! It had completed my night.
Thank you for throwing the party, it was a great experiance, and I encourage everyone to being their spouse/partner to Deans events. After we had left, my wife said she wants to do real estate! So now I get to pass on the knowlage.

After several false starts, this quote, an intense conversation with myself, and the EDGE event have motivated me to take that very important first step (again). This time, I'm not looking back.

Watching the presentations and listening to the personal stories on their journey to success reinforced how each of us has this within ourselves. Take a deep breath and jump in!

The possibilities are endless, and I'm embracing the future!

I have been in the program for almost 2 years. I am one of those who doubted, dragged my feet, got discouraged when I tried, too scared to really do anything. But going to the Edge was the best thing I could have done. I couldn't have asked for more. It not only got rid of my pessimism and self doubt and fear but now I have a clearer vision of what I need to do. I know I'm not going to be an overnight success but I will be an over year success. After meeting and witnessing so many amazing people who started exactly where I am, and after Jen's touching and emotional speach I know I can do it. I know it's possible. I will not come next year empty handed. I AM A Warrior!!

These events are a MUST!!! There is a lot of information and networking that goes on for three day. I will be there in 2 days.

Can't wait o meet more DG family and learn more snipits of information.

Thank you Dean so much for giving us a chance to watch the event. Everyone was awesome as usual, but I got my re-energize boost from carol when she reminded me of her "Why". So I am going full force and at least complete my 30 day goal. I say again thank all of you for the information and encouraging advice on never giving up.

Hi Dean, thank you for the opportunity to watch live the Edge Event,was really great, and I am Waiting for the reply to reinforce my knowledge.I am on my way to get my first deal, a bit confuse because I dont know how exactly it wors,I am waiting deals from one broker RE that promised me more than 20 with 40 to 80K on it!!!!!.I dont know how the POF work yet, probably I should get one and possible double closing, I am nervous but expectant and sure that after my first time I am gonna repeat it forever. Thank you for your wisdom,what you say in your courses is exactly , in detail what I have found on the ground.Thank you again Dean.

Sat and Sun was spent on the computer for EDGE 2013. It was well worth every minute +. I have already started finding he yellow signs. I've got the ink, so by tomorrow, I'll have 20 to 25 signs posted. Thank you or everything. It was totally awesome. I'll post a note when I get my first call. Thanks again for everything.

Thanks for all that you, your staff, all the speakers, and anyone else I may have missed did to put together an amazing event. From the inspiring life stories to the cutting edge training, it was an incredible energized event filled with giving, like minded people. It drove home the point that this really does work if you take action and use what is being taught. Meeting the many successful people there is living proof! What an excellent way to network with so many who are in the same game!
You are helping to improve the lives of novices to rock-stars and everyone in between.
Time for me to take action and get in the game!

Missed the EDGE, but put that mask on and keep breathing the words out for us who missed it, will be looking for the fresh air.

Dean,every year you amazingly make the EDGE top the year before!!! It never seems possible to outdo what you've already done, but once again, this year was phenomenal!!

Not only do you present the newest and cutting-edge techniques to succeed in current markets around the country, but the networking and DG family bonding just gets deeper every year!

It blows my mind that you can reach students from every level when they attend the EDGE, newbie to veteran. It's not just the training, but the support and sincerity with which it's all done. Thank you for doing this year after year, and for caring so deeply that EVERYONE succeed. It is a great honor to be a part of the DG family, and you continue to change my life with each event.

It's like we get DG vitamins all year, and the EDGE is a great big shot of steroids, we all go home completely pumped up!! )))

Watched the extrvaganza on the web. Not being able to atend alot of events being a member of insider elite gave me the opportunity to partisipate from my home. The speakers were genuine and passed on more important info than the cost of membership might justify.I worked many years for an american motorcycle franchise and have seen the knockoffss come and go.But you and your team are undeniably the genuine article. thanks for the help and inspiration.

Thanks so much for allowing those of us who couldn't attend in person to view the EDGE Live on-line. I will be replaying it for as long as it's up and available on IE. A special thanks to Jen Gray... She had me in tears but they were the cleansing kind...purging out that "stinkin' thinkin' It was liberating. I really appreciated all of the presenters willingness to share not only their knowledge , but their own struggles. I really felt that they were sincere in wanting to help and encourage others to succeed. For me It's time to take a leap of faith and stop standing teetering on the Edge of Action. I'll be at the Edge Buyers Summit in May! Thanks again!

Dean, THANK YOU for the AMAZING opportunity of attending the EDGE. Meeting so many of the DG.com family face to face was a great experience. Not only were they like minded REIs they were all very friendly. What a great group of people!

The training and motivational speakers were the best in the industry. No one provides what you provide. I am convinced that you and your staff truly CARE about your students.

I was so impressed with the cutting edge information and action steps provided by Matt and Ali. The PM presentation by Gena was awesome. Jen brought tears to my eyes about 5 times! Then of course, you weren't too bad yourself.

Deborah was really motivated by all she saw and experienced at the EDGE. She also sends you her personal thanks for the privilege of attending.

We made a commitment to go to dinner with Chip and Andrea in the next 30 days. We are practically neighbors and have never gotten together. We talked and we never got it done. Now we will!

It is with much thanks that I can write to let you know that the opportunity to view the edge from home was very motivating and informative. Not all of us had the time or finances to go but you made it possible to benefit at the next best level by getting in on the training from our homes. We certainly missed out on the networking which I believe is 1/2 the value of the EDGE, but we were not totally left out.

Thanks Dean for taking the time to film a weekly wisdom. I attended the 2011 Edge Event and it was a great time. It was nice to finally put a face yo a lot of names from DG . Com. Plus all of the knowledge that was shared on stage and off. I think I could sit and listen to Randy V. All night.

Loved it! The garage example stood out for me. It simplified what I have being make complex.

Dean all I can say is WOW. After saturday I was like Joe after his first edge. I could not sleep I was up walking around rereading my notes and having so many ideas in my head. Sunday came and I was so fired up and the 2nd day was just as or even better. Info overload and loved it. I hope to be able to be at the edge next year to meet everyone. I can't say it enough THANK YOU DEAN AND DG FAMILY. GOD BLESS

wow! Amazing! Stunning! Impactful! Electrifying! Uplifting! Are some of the words I have for the event, if yoiu can make it next yr please do, my takeaway was if you can partner up w/someone to wholesale in another area of the country say you answer the ph's for your partner's bandit signs, qualify the leads calling in & then send those to ur partner to go meet & also be the one calling setting up a team of 1)realtor 2)contractor's 3)Title & escrow or attorney 4)Banks 5)sellers

And also call sellers on craigslist, call for rent ads fr the local newspapers to see if they want to sell their prop's & build a list of sellers and buyers that way(if they dont want to sell then ask them ok are you looking to build your portfolio? I find prop's no one else can find by using creative marketing techniques, can I run a deal by you w/I get one?

Get their info & off you go.....hope to see you nxt yr at the Edge, thank you Dean, you changed my life forever and I am indebted to you, I w/give back
