Thanks for bringing Doug, he's one jacked up dude. The space between my ears is now right and ready to go. I've made peace with God and myself concerning my pending divorce. Now I'm ready to get busy. My team is now assembled for my BIG Project "Patent". Real Estate will fund the R & D at first and pay all the us patent costs. Life for me and my partners will never be the same in the next 6 months. real estate will play a huge roll in building my empire for me and my family. I feel I need to teach my wife real estate so she can help earn more money for herself after the divorce. Dean thanks for all your info at deangraziosi.com & dginsiderelite.com. I have learned so much. Time to make money now. Thanks to my DG Family.

I love seeing people so happy after they accomplish their goals. Real Estate Investing isn't my only business goal for 2014 but need to grow my other company too. It can be done just have to have the education and drive. Looking forward to getting my first deals done

still as excited as the 1st. The only difference
is now all that confidence just makes it 2nd nature!

This blog was actually meant for me. Thanks Dean for the sharing such an empowering blog. I told you guys my goal is to net worth up to 1 million in the two years.
I've been waiting for those secrets since day one lol and I'm glad you finally posted everything up. I read those secrets and after reading them, All I can say is WOW!! I can't think of a word to describe those secrets because of how amazing they are. Out of all the secrets, my favorite one which I voted on was Submission 3: No Money Cash-Out Refis. my second favorite is Submission 9: Text to Transactions. Thanks to whoever posted that up. I'm definitely going to sign up on those websites which you mentioned today.

I had to save all the 10 secrets real quick in my email draft box.

Dean, These ideas are stellar they all have great merit on their own, buit one hit me the best which was the probate technique. I feel it has the broadest application to work for everyone and every
financial situation. It finds deals out there, it gives the opportunity to add Realtors,At least a portion of your 25:1 offers can come from this source. I was wowed by at least two others #1 and I think #2 dual agency profits a very doable thing for anyone. Thanks for having Doug Clark on the weekly wisdom as always it was great !!

I love your story Doug, and your story teach me that what ever you set your mlnd on, you can do it, and you will find a way to do it, if you did not want to do it, you would find all the excuses.

i come on this site every week to listen to dean's weekly wisdom, and let me tell you i need it. i hate my job and want to leave yesterday, so i come here to read the postings and to listen to dean, than i get off my butt and get to work. my first deal i feel is around the corner calling me. thanks dean for keeping my head in the game and for all the postings from other investors.

Thanks again for another great word of knowledge. Thank you for the encouraging words from your blog. I am working on my first deal and hope to have it done soon.

Thanks Dean for sharing, I am so amazed on how my life has changed from changing my mindset in life and what we really want. When you surround yourself with positive and having a great support system as we have here, it makes so much difference and I no longer have those dreams of being wealthy and traveling with my family, I am making it happen a piece at a time.
