Looks like looking for land with a view of water or territory is a good idea. I've been looking! Thanks for the great input, it just points out that keeping your eyes open to possibilities can make you a bundle. Also persistance with families who own property they can't deal with and are probably paying taxes on. Can't wait to hear more............

I just love how when I am in need of inspiration something pops up from Dean! While my search for tax sales online didnt yield results, I did find the sherrifs sale list. I have driven past several properties that are up for bid tomorrow and plan to go to courthouse and observe the process. While there I will check further for tax sale info! Always something new and exciting to explore! Thanks Dean!!!

i need the sucess team 2 start becouse iam wondering if i go out and try and get deals that it will not be right

Thank you Dean. I was ready to logout for the night when I noticed #4 was missing, so I watched #5. A few elders in my family (15) own a piece of property with a house that's ready for the bulldoser. I have tried to talk them into fixing it up, but they all will not agree on what to fix and how much, or what color, etc. This has been going on for over 6yrs now.

You just offered me the perfect solution!
I will let you know how it turns out next year, or sooner...
