i cant wait to be there.some amazing positive points are networking with other successful students,learning valuable lessons on how to do deals now with no money,meeting the coaches,meeting dean himself !!! meeting deans staff,building a rei relationship with others in other states.great positive atmosphere,great weather.spectacular resort !! wonderful talented people that share all they know AND MORE !!!

check from a Real Estate Investment. This was the REO we bought at 22,500; rehabbed it for 8,000; & sold for
46,500. Now it's not a tremendous amount of profit, (but still works out to about 40% return on our investment)but considering on just the last 6 deals we bought this year, we made equivalent of working a local
job for almost 3 years.
We are now looking for our next victim, in fact after cancelling the homeowners insurance & leaving the agent's office I previewed three properties & will submit a contract on one of them.
After doing this for so long, we don't think we could ever go back to working a regular job again !

I did two like this last week! Anyway, I made $1500 quick and easy. I spent more time driving to the Keller/Williams office to get the check from my seller than it did to do the deal!
Here is what is great about this business and actually networking face to face! I was checking on one of my rehabs when I got the call from my seller to meet him at this Keller/Williams office, they were having a Christmas get together with some "munchies" and drinks.
