been looking at property and even made a dumassed offer and they accepted it now to work out the detail with them and make it work and then I have another deal in the works

Hey Jay, I am sorry we didnt get a chance to hook up and talk REI. I was hoping you would call Friday but when you didnt I figured you were back home. I spoke to Laura and told her that maybe her and Shane should hook up with you without me. Well we will meet at the EDGE as you said. I am looking forward to it.

hey all dgers,havent posted in awhile so i wanted to catch up.first i want to let you know i have done 2 more deals with Rina on 2 purchase and refis.
these deals are explained in previous post up above by Rina.they are the same exact procedure as she explained in my deal # 5 . I am currently still working on the river sfh deal.Man this one has been awhile in the making and i have learned a great deal on this one.i had all the paperwork filled out to get a loan on this but i currently have too much credit out sooooo i need a cosigner with 3 yrs taxes to turn in.Now i am currently taking care of this obstacle as i did with the many others on this deal.When i get this deal done there will be a party!!!!!!.
i also just got a call on the 30*100 garage (wharehouse) and the owner says he is re3ady to close on this one too!! i have about 6 irons in the fire with EVERY one of them burning at both ends!!! i love this stuff but at the same time can get overwhelming if u let it get to you!!
anddddddd i have gotten a lead on two other sfhomes that the owner wants out of and is willing to do a land contract with me. with working full time and overtime and real estate and family and 100 other things i am feeling the pinch!! BOY I CANT WAIT TO BE DOING REI FULL TIME !!! and taking a vacation whenever i need one!!
excited for the edge event also!! will post more later.hope everyone with determination is taking ACTION TODAY with just something involving realestate!!

after returning from the edge i was pumped with newfound knowledge and even more determination!! a few days ago i closed on the 30 *100 wharehouse that i had been working on!! also closed on another sfh that has a renter already in that wants to lease option .the paper work is already in the works for this transaction. AND another 3 bdrm 2 bth in the works!! waiting for the p/a to be mailed back in 2-4 days!!!!! REALLY kicking it up after the edge!!!!!! great to hear all the exciting things happening for everyone since this great event.IT goes to show you with the right knowledge all you need is to TAKE ACTION to see RESULTS !!!!!!

Just wanted to say whats up man? I know you and Jan are getting together soon, don't forget he likes a lot of coffee and wine! lol I'm interested in hearing more about this wearhouse you closed on. That sounds pretty cool.
