It was great to finally meet you rina !! the edge was just AWESOME!! lot of fun spending time with the dg family !!!!!! karen and i had such a great time talking and sharing stories with everyone!! next yr def count us in to do the balloon ride with you k ? congratulations on all your accomplishments .......you deserve them !! would like to do a few more deals with you when you are ready.let me know k !!

What fun at the EDGE! Had to pop in here and congratulate you on the great job you did in your presentation and how you hung in there and gave of yourself to everyone despite being sick and having no voice!!! And also congrats on your award for all the time and effort you put here on the site inspiring so many people! You deserve the recognition and then some my friend

I have to second Laura on her post, But don't forget the 50 K you owe me from the skit, O well as long as you owe me I will never be broke. Julie still wanted to bring you home with her. You really made a great imprison on both of us. Sky diving here we come. We might need to learn how to do this to get to our island.

I couldn't agree with all of you guys more! The EDGE was phenominal, AGAIN! I have to repeat everything I said last year about the event. It was the most uplifting, knowledge/wisdom-invoking, ultra-networking REI event a person could attend! Meeting all of you guys, and putting a hug, a face, and a smile with the name of so many DG friends was more inspiring than words can say!
And of course, seeing Dean and his family, Matt and all the other phenominal Dgers was amazing!

I've been running (like so many EDGE-goers) with the new info since I got home. Things are awesome!! A person just feels so much more equipped and empowered to try new things! Woohoo!!

Short-sale is moving ahead, Laura and I closed on our refi, and I am meeting with another investor next week to possibly do a sub2 (what he called a mirror wrap-around) on one of his properties. VERY fun!

Hope everyone is feeling unstoppable!! Yay!!

Hi Sister! We missed you, for sure! but you were not out-of-mind at all. You were a part of many conversations, with all that you're doing with Richie, working on the short sales and such! You were an inspiration even from a distance! Hope you can make it next year, and we'll have to do the balloon ride together (t wasn't scary at ALL, surprisingly. A group of us are also gonna try skydiving if you feel more brave by then. Yikes!! lol)

The EDGE is definitely the REI highlight of the year for me. Just being around Dean and all the other phenominal REIs that we've grown close to here at DG.com is not only a bonding and knowledge-invoking experience, it just makes this so real. And it is SOOOO fun to share, and meet the people just starting out like we were at one time. And to hear all the new stuff Dean has going on motivates me to no end! LOL

Love you, sister. Thanks for joining me here and all the kind words. It will be nice to soar together in the AZ sky next year. SOO fun floating high above and seing the beautiful city and desert. You will love it.

When you come next year, you will sit next to me in the conference AND ride with me in the balloon. Congrats on putting more steps in action!! It was so great to finally meet you, friend! I have to put up my pics on FB, I got one of Carol's girls laughing about their ice cream sundaes! LOL. And some really good blackmail ones of Randy at his restaurant, and some great ones of you, along with the rest of the crew. It will always bring back some good REI memories. YES, you and your wife should come to WI, or if Jon and I end up East, we will definitely plan a visit.

Laura and I closed on another refi since we got back home. System is still running great! Hope to hear that you are able to make it work for you out there. It's pretty sweet!

It was SOOO nice to meet you!! And your story with Matt is now one of my all-time favorites (I even used it in the VIP brainstorming session to encourage people to NEVER think they can't compete with the seasoned investors! )

It was awesome to meet you and Karen finally! How cool is that, that we already have deals under our belt before we ever even meet?? I just love the networking here, and the trust that goes with it! I can't believe I missed so much! I should really get in her more often huh? CONGRATULATIONS on EVERYTHING! There's so much to mention and not enough room I'm afraid. You're pretty gutsy to get in that balloon, I don't do heights well at all!

I am in for the skydiving and air balloon if there is enough room. I didn't have much time from when I returned from the Edge and then went to NYC with my precious daughter who will be in Germany. I did get to talk to Shane Gore for a bit. It's great what you and Laura are doing and so many of the others. I just uploaded my photos to my page and will upload them to Chris' page that he set up for the Edge. The interesting RE stuff in the Manhattan area is a building will by the air space above it's neighbor so the neighbor can't build anymore on top to block the view. I didn't pick up any magazines or newspapers but that would be interesting.

As for your comments about Louisa I diddo. Louisa your smile and personality is astounding and so upbeat, thank you for that and I didn't realize until I got home that you closed on a deal while you were at the Edge; I think that's so exciting.

Me again Rina. I'm glad that you were able to share the story. I really appreciate you. All I do at my REI meeting is promote this website. Our REI group is not very old yet we have experienced investors and new ones so not many of the experienced ones come all the time because so much of the same stuff is repeated to the new ones. I hope if anyone from my group reads this isn't offended. But I think this website is huge in so many ways. Probably more than what Dean even imagined. Anyway can't wait to hear more about all of your deals.
