I to was out doing bandit signs, and looking at houses and making offers also, Its ture it does work, I do something everyday with reale estate in mind whether I'm talking on the phone to some one calling from a bandit sign, looking at houses, making offers, doing follow up etc. Just like Matt says You should do something every day pertaining to reale estate, so that it just becomes a good habit, I look at property totaly different now then I did 30 days ago, I find my self running more ideas though my mind as to what it would take to put a deal together, always wanting to create a win-win situation for every one envolued, Just want to say Congrads, great job on your second one, I'm trying to get a coulpe done before the Year ends also. Stay busy and good things will come your way......action+knowledge=success...$$$$...
