OfflineWOW*** what a suprise....I am EXCITED as heck!! I just bought deans book 30 days to real estate cash and was laying in bed at 10 pm last night reading and taking in the lessons and wisdom.I was getting a little tired and put a book marker on the page I left off on.I figured I would just skim through the rest of the book just to give me a taste of what tomorrow nights lessons would bring and ......HOLY COW ......I HAD TO NUDGE MY WIFE KAREN to have her read page 145 !!!!! I finally made my mentors book...!!!! !!!!!
To be honest...this was one of my goals and I am extremely grateful to be a part of such a respected individual as Dean graziosi.
I can remember the night that the success academy called me and I joined and put it on my credit card....the feeling I had in the pit of my stomach....and the scared...WHAT HAVE I DONE feeling that overcame me.....then in my mind I switched to I HAVE TO DO THIS AND NO MATTER WHAT ...I WILL! !! ...I THEN WROTE DOWN some goals and which included getting my refund AND another one to someday be in one of DEANS books!! Well today I realized that just being mentioned in one of this amazing individuals books has given me some POWERFUL confidence to do some even bigger things.IM not exactly sure what it is going to be but I KNOW I WILL be super successful at it! !!!! I know if I just keep doing what im doing and learning and LISTENING to smarter people such as dean and those around him ....and keep setting goals and working smart and hard......plus helping others as much az I can then success ...HAS TO BE IN MY REACH!!!
thanks dean and his team for all you have taught me to become the master of my own destiny!!!.......for those who have not ordered this book.....get it now ...study it ...and be the master of YOUR DESTINY!!!

for saying that you are reading the 30 Days. That was encouraging to me to know that although you have aready done deals, you are reading that book. I got the book too but got really discouraged when a realtor that I THOUGHT was going to be on my team just dropped me like a lead balloon... no contact, no phone call, nothing. The last interaction I had with her was when I sent her the email asking for the things you are supposed to ask. I don't know if I said something wrong or what happened, but it really bursted my bubble. I felt so let down that I just stopped reading the book. Although I had started talking with her before I even got the book, I had read enough on the forum to know what I was supposed to ask for. Like Esteena above, I too, NEED A DEAL in the worst way. I am determined to get the book back out and give it and myself a second chance. Thank you for giving me the boost I need to do something, and congrats on your success. I have been reading your posts too, and see that you are really making it happen....keep on keeping on.

hello jay way to go so happy for you just like the other people i dont know what i am doing wronge i too have join pmi deans coaching i read some of the books have done alot of the lesson put down a few goals have about 15 buyers but every time i think that i have something good the sellers want too much earnest money down and the buyers dont wont to buy from other real estate investors even thoe the deals sounds good i been with pmi since august 2011 and no deal yet here it is december christmas time and nothing under the tree for my kids i really thought that i would have had a couple deals by now wow. i really need a deal but i am not going to give up one day jay i will be where you are one day i wont stop trying lol well i cant afford to i,m stuck with a contract with pmi i have to keep going well any way congrats too jay and thanks for your motivation and merry christmas.
