Get Deans New Book and Read the "Greg Murphy" Chapter

Really exited to get the new book. Ordered it yesterday. I am looking forward to reading Greg's and all the other strategies in the new book and implementing every bit I can.

I am looking forward to getting Dean's New Book. I am currently watching the empowering video with Dean and Greg Murphy and what I like the most is the fact that he gives "specific details" of how he does the deal.

I've ordered the new book and Greg's story is the one that I'm most looking forward to reading. I've been studying all about Lease options and it will be great to find out exactly how he does his deals.

can't wait to get the book.in hindsight i should've got the download like i did on the last one,since i'm a little,,,ok alot add lol i listen to the cd while reading but i just didn't have enough money on my card at the time.i have found this to be a great tool for people who have a hard time with comprehension.rob

After watching and reviewing the "Your Town" video I had to order Dean's new book. I'm so excited to make money in real estate the way Greg did it! His way seems so simple. I’m looking forward to reading the other student's strategies as well.

Greg does make sandwich lease options very simple. He has mastered what he does and is amazingly good at it. His chapter explains exactly how he does it, and it will show yoi the exact steps he takes to accomplish this deals and make money.

I'm awaiting the arrival of my book as we speak (or should I say read/type). Coming from you in particular, that's DEFINATELY advice that will be taken! Funny, but I was already impressed with Greg from the little I learned about him in Dean's previous book, "PFRERN;" so to have one of the "heavy-hitters" recommend following his leads... that says a lot. Thanks for the tip!

Greg's chapter is one of my most favorites from Dean's new book, "Your Town, Your Real Estate Profits". I believe Greg's Chapter (Chapter #4) is not only packed with a tremendous amount of step by step "how to" details but I really enjoy the quotes through-out Greg's chapter.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Greg on a few occasions and he is the real deal and is often so giving of his time to help others and answer questions. Way to go Greg! Got the audio of the your town your profit book and just got done hearing greg chapter and man is so pack whit info just like a road map.I'm going to go ahead and do this part good luck to everyone best wishes.

I have read this chapter and I love it. Many years ago I went to a real estate seminar that mentioned the lease option as a no money down technique. But time passed and I went to new seminars and never heard about this strategy again. I thought It was no longer considered a good no money down strategy. But now I am excited again after I read that chapter. Is amazing

I have found a local mentor here that is doing something very similar to Greg and he has 20 years experience. He is coaching me almost every day and this is a great strategy to do with very little money down. Lets go get it!

I have to agree I have read the last 2 and this latest book is so much easier to get through and during/after each chapter I love the actions steps...it feels more like a workbook then a novel.

Thanks Dean and all the student/investors that worked with him on this book very inspiring and it assist you in getting unstuck.

Hey everyone, i've been to the site many times over the last year and I have a ton of questions that I'm sure someone out there can help me with. If there is anyone close to the southwestern michigan area I'd like to hear from you.
Just like alot of you, I'm also very interested in Greg's methods of sandwitch lease optioning my way out of my american rut. Thanks for reading, this was my first time sending a message to the site.

This is a great book and Greg Murphy really shows any of us can do this, there should be no excuses.
