I would also like to say some thingg to Victoria1181ayo Please don't give up yet. I know it is hard but keep trying. If you can find some nice deals then try to see about a hard money lender. Have all your figuers and try some links on the internet. There is ****. and advertise for a hard money lender, or someone who would go in with you . Try real hard to find a real estate investor,s club. You may find that by looking in google for REIA, Closest one to you and try real hard to go to these meetings. you will find a lot of information Go to vista.com for a few cards. Thanks, Dean - You are just wonderful. You keep me looking for the next blog. I have been studying and studying and now it's time to cross over from reading/listening to ACTION. I wish I knew someone in New Jersey that is part of the DG Family. If you're out there, plse respond. I am nervous about putting my knowledge into ACTION. After seeing your blog I was so blown away. I sat back and thought I cant wait to be where u are so i can give back to every deserving person i know. My husband and I always talk about who we want to help once we reach the top. How did you come up with that idea?!!!!! I love it! Even if you never did another deal, you would be blessed beyond measure Dean! Everytime we get a message from you, it's always about helping someone and not padding your pockets! Unbelievable. It's no wonder you are so successful!

Dean- Regarding your current video blog- Great idea and admirable endeavor of yours to assist an individual(or family) somewhere in the USA who could truly benefit from a weeks visit by you (and your crew) to teaching them financial self-sufficiency by personally instructing them on how to become a successful real estate investor. I fortunately am already a successful real estate investor in Austin, Texas (I own several investment/rent properties) but I will consider an individual (or family) that may benefit from your program and mention it to them- and have them sign up if they're interested. I will also email the Austin American Statesman's consumer Advocacy dept. and editorial dept. and they may decide to publish an article in the newspaper to create interest in the central Texas area regarding your amazing real estate program. Just when I think you have covered it all--you come up with
an even BETTER idea!!

What a FANTASTIC thing to put into action!

For SOME REASON--even though MOST OF US KNOW that THIS IS THE BEST VEHICLE AND TOOL to HELP US FINANCIALLY--Real Estate Investing SEEMS just SO HARD to FEEL Naturally Comfortable to DO ALL THE STEPS--(including myself) and TO DO it CONSISTENTLY--
WITHOUT someone to LITERALLY COME AND "Take Us By the Hand" and DO IT WITH US--UNTIL WE FEEL COMFORTABLE--kinda like learning to ride a bike once the training wheels are gone!

I just finished watching Suze Orman recently--who I also very highly respect--not only for her financial wisdom--
but MORE IMPORTANTLY like YOURSELF--for RECOGNIZING, VALUING and BROADCASTING--what The Bible has said ALL ALONG--that "there is MORE happiness in giving than there is in receiving" and that in the foretold time we are now living in--that we need to "MAKE SURE of the MORE IMPORTANT THINGS."

On a PBS Show highlighting Suze's DVD of "The Money Class", she invited a guy from the audience ONSTAGE--who had ALREADY been crying from his seat because of how he felt like a FAILURE because of HUGE DEBT he got in--and JUST SEEING him CRYING brought me to TEARS!!

Then Suze told him to come UP on the stage and SHOW EVERYBODY what a WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING he IS and THAT WHO HE IS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS MONEY--then my TEARS REALLY GOT INTENSE!!

A lot of life TRULY IS about-- THAT EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING is SOOO VALUABLE--THE KEY IS REACHING THE POINT WHEN WE FINALLY REALIZE AND BELIEVE THAT ABOUT
OURSELVES and OTHERS!!

Then, we realize--THAT is ONE REASON WE ALL are ALREADY RICH--because we are EACH A PRICELESS UNIQUE HUMAN BEING!!

It's SO REFRESHING Dean--to see YOU, SUZE and others MAKING THIS KNOWN--that IT'S THE THINGS WE CAN'T PUT A PRICE TAG ON--THOSE are SOME of THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS!!

I was very impressed to hear that you are starting a show like this. That is what a lot of people like myself need - someone to show and teach them exactly what to do in the Real Estate world.

You could probably call the show "Set for Life" because after you help that family, they should take the profits and make other deals themselves. Money would not be an issue anymore, so innovative people would be able to run with this idea and get up and get going. Yes, I have heard the saying "Give a man a fish..., and I believe in it totally. Your show will have one up on Extreme Makeover because you will be teaching people, giving them a start in life,thereby setting them up for life.

just got into your system, am really excited mostly to help my immediate family,church friends,and friends of the universe,most of my 76 years on this planet,my goal in life is to serve God and all of his children and my country. I have been blessed so much, I started buying my first real estate investment in 1958, liked so well that I have been doing it ever since. I have my ups and downs,have made a lot of money, have lost a lot of money. About 12 years ago I awoke at around 2 AM in the morning decided that I had all that I wanted, and what I needed,since that day I do what I WANT to when I want to. Since that time, I have had time to help others duplicate what I have done and hope to help others do the same.Dean four days ago I awoke at 3 AM and could not go back to sleep. While flipping through the TV channel I came across your TV show, I was impressed and thought your system could implement my system, so I SIGNED UP FOR your program mostly to tell others and help them to achieve what YOU,OTHERS AND MYSELF HAVE DONE.I am a firm believer, that if you have been blessed, then you should share it with your fellowmen. I would like to nominate myself. 4 yrs ago I was seriously injures in a bicycle accident and have been unable to find work in the plumbing field. I am working as a maintenance supervisor at a much lower wage than i made previously. I have currently been residing at a rooming house for the last 3 1/2 years. Ihave a 7yr. old daughter who lives 3 1/2 hours away that I only get to see about 3 times a year

You're simply an amazing person for doing all that you do for so many people. I wish I could be in a position where I too could help others the way you do. That's why I'm here trying to do this! There are so many people around me that I have a connection with that I want to help (including myself)and the only solution I can realistically come up with is Real Estate! But so far it's not working for me BUT ONE DAY IT WILL! And some day I hope to meet you and maybe I can help you help others! Who knows what the future holds. It just has to be better than this...Anyway, great idea.

Dean,this sounds like a wonderful idea! It will be so inspirational to see a life being revived with knowledge and hope. How often has an individual felt like they would do something about their circumstances if they could only get someone to show them how. It's so wonderful to know that you would be willing to assist someone with the skills necessary to fish for themselves. I think this will be a great show! God bless you.
