Dean great job on this week's blog. It really makes sense and inspires me to forge ahead. I definitely want to be with Matt in that 1%.

I just read your plea, and I'm (WE're) here for you. Dean (and the coaches!) are so committed to giving 100% to each of his students that I KNOW he will go above and beyond to make sure you have every tool you are expecting from the Academy. So much so that some of us alumni have volunteered to join his efforts. I would love to speak with you and consider it a privilege to help a fellow Academy student (and any DGer here!!).

I know you made a huge commitment to yourself and to the Academy when you joined, and I am 100% CERTAIN you will have success if you stick with it. Please contact them and we will set up a "courage call" (I am coining that phrase right now. lol). Between Dean's training and your persistence you will never have to go back to the 95%!

Hey, I might be going off topic here a little but I just got to mention, I saw a new infomercial on Sunday from you in which you advertised your PROFIT FROM REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW workshop coming to my area next week (San Francisco), March 1 - 4. This is EXCITING! I have seen MANY other gurus come & go doing their seminars, but I have NEVER seen you do a seminar. So I am REALLY looking forward to your event!! This sounds awesome! Thanks Dean for another great blog!! You always have a way of inspiring me to keep going even when I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I know that I will be in the 1% group soon. I'm so glad to be in the 4% group right now but I see that I'm only hanging on to the bottom rung with my fingertips. I know that I'm pulling myself out of the 95% group everytime I accomplish a real estate task.

Hey Dean, This week's blog sure is a winner. Thanks for sharing Dan's exercise. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I really appreciate how this exercise cuts right to the bottom line.

Oh so right! You're half way or a little less or a little more up the hill, things slow down, it becomes harder -- what do you do? some quit -as a member of the DG Family, I know not to quit.......... so we continue to push and burn and move forward up the hill.

hope everyone is making the steep climb and going over the hill. We can do it!!!!!

Gosh Dean, it's a good thing you have a sense of humor cuz I'm gonna mention that belt too - but in a fashion forward sort of way! My daughter, age 14, was just wearing a belt with her t-shirt tucked in just in the front, just like you! She explained to me this is the latest greatest way to show off the belt and still wear the t-shirt out everywhere else. Obviously, you are at the cutting edge of not only real estate, but fashion too. And "retro" clothing (the belt) - very now!

Besides that - great video. I'm definately in the 4% and loving Matt's and your examples of the hump in the road. I'll just get to breathing harder and make it up that hill!

I just wanted to thank you for posting this information. For someone like myself who is getting ready to obtain a first deal, I just wanted to add how valuable it is to have such a list. Deak thank you for the blog. The illustration you
give with the 95% ,1% and the 4% is powerful, it is hard to go up the hill but I am climbing up the ladder.I havent make a deal yet but I'm determined I will get to the promise land .

I Thought this weeks weekly blog was very important because it is true that so many people out there rely on there jobs for income but what happens when there job is slashed and they can no longer provide for themselves or there family also, with inflation you just can't rely on your 401k once you retire!! So get out there and make it happen with real estate!!

Yea its difficult being in that inbetween spot of having people being negative and doubting yourself. Its like I keep getting on the treadmill and run for three mins. legs start burning then I fall off step back on and start over but I start back at the beginning.

Buying the books, and joining the Success academy show you are getting out of the 95% group. Studying, reviewing, and watching Dean's material prepares you for upward movement, but taking ACTION on what you've learned is the key to real success. Keep trying this is a proven program, don't give up.

Someone mentioned earlier in their comment that this was the best weekly blog so far, and I definitely have to agree with that. To not only illustrate to us all what you've learned from Dan Sullivan with the awesome 4% situation, but to also bring in one the best students and my personal favorites, Matt Larson, is by far the best attention grabber ever! The chart made so much sense to me, and that great example of how Matt saw himself and the other co-workers to make him realize he needed to be free....I mean, that's just PHENOMENAL right there! The interview between you guys was great, and I was really glad to see this.

Again, thanks so much Dean for continually guiding us and giving us the support we need to help us reach our goals and dreams. I know there are lots of obstacles we all face in life, but like I always tell myself, "If it doesn't kill you, it only makes you stronger!"
