The Power Point slides will be posted soon. I think there will be a link emailed to attendees, but check on the site for updates for it.

I'm pretty sure some of the attendees have some pics, so drop a link to them if you put them online. I'm pretty sure we will be adding pics the team has also, I am waiting to see them myself.

As probably everyone on the site was aware that was participating while the event registration began, we offered a $1 per user point discount as a way to thank everyone who has helped make this site a very valuable and special resource to so many. This resulted in a many regulars on the site getting their ticket for free or a very solid discount. I bring this up because this is not the only time we will give rewards/discounts for the contributions everyone makes here. There will be future events, products, resources and tools that we will work out formulas for to do something special for all the members here. So even if you are brand new or someone who has been quietly soaking up the knowledge for a while, jump in - start learning, sharing and keeping the momentum moving!

Dean has laid a solid foundation for success for everyone, but the community has been an invaluable resource that expands that foundation on so many levels through a massive collaboration of experiences and we want all members to know we are grateful for every post you make!

Hello Everyone!!
This is the first of many posts to this site to come. I just logged on to check it out and now it is 4:30 in the morning...Oh no!!! A DG junkie.
I too was at the event this weekend and can I just say AMAZING!!! From the minute I stepped off the plane, I was awestruck. I want to Thank Anita for approaching me at the meet and greet and introducing me to the "Roundtable" It was fun watching the circle get bigger and bigger as the night progressed. I am so happy I am fortunate enough to be in God's good graces and made the right decision to attend the event even though I was ill...getting over a bout with pneumonia.
I was amazed at how everyone in the inner circle was so very eager to share their success "secrets" . Believe me I have attended every RE seminar on the market and every one has been so tight lipped unless you bought something every step of the way.
At DG's ,I cannot believe how unintimidated I felt from the very start. Thanks to all who attended the event and all who worked so hard to put it together. A heartfelt thank you to Anita, Rina, Greg, Matt, Nathan,Chip and Andrea, Elena, Laura and especially Dean who cracked my shell with those 7 steps and to all who made it one of the most memorable weekends of my entire life. I know I have made friends for life......See you next year!

I didn't get to attend the conference, but while you guys were in PHX, I had coincidentally stumbled on this topic somewhere else and was doing a boat-load of research. Now that you've brought it up, is there a forum for these yet? I think it warrants a separate area.

I have a question for you I found two properties forecloses that I having a problem finding information on the properties, will someonen tell me how to find information on foreclosed properties from a home computer please thanks.

I forgot to tell you that those property are in the county I live in and I found the owner name but don't know how to find the bank or real estate company that is selling the property, so if someone could help me with that information would greatly be appreciated thanks Jeffrey Taylor.

That would have been one of the greatest experiences of my life! But, bein young and just starting out I obviously couldn't make it. But, next year could and WILL be different cause I am taking action and am goin to look at a property tomorrow and possibly might lock it up and am going to try and assign it(so wish me luck!! lol). Just reading and listening and watching all those clips and forum posts really gets me even more motivated to keep on chuggin along to try to get my first deal done! This house has A TON of equity in it so I will be shocked if Investors don't jump at the chance to get it... and it is vacant and the guy is paying 2 mortgages and obviously wants to get rid of it! So, I think I have found my first good deal but we will see how it goes I guess!! I REALLY wish I could have been at the EDGE!! But anyways, wish me luck and Thank You EVERYBODY that is involved with this site and the DG Family!

I like to get more info on the sandwich L O that chip was talking about and do you have to do a double closing when the sub lease exercises their option .
Is there a way to get around doing a double closing ? I would like to learn more about this method . thanks

I know the software I got from Success Academy called PropTrend can pull out owner information and lender, etc. Depending on the area you live in, you might want to try to contact your county assessor's office, you can also try http://propertyshark.com where you can find a lot of useful information, most of it is free.

Everyone that was at the Phoenix conference has to agree that the energy alone was enough to make everyone go out and make money!! It was so great to get all the different ideas from the attendees and to meet the people that you emailed or phoned in person that it really got me fired up. Remarkable, I saw the E.D.G.E. Conference 2009 has gone Yotube. Excellent, I had to take in the video twice, therefore I guess I counted twice toward the 48 viewed. Wonderful presentation and great music. Nothing is possible with God being in the midst. Thank you to those who were instrumental in putting the video together. I love every bit of it.

Well it looks like from all the photos that everybody had a blast. I wish I would have gone. I just reveived my books two weeks ago so I was not ready for the conference. Does anyone know when the next conference ?
