Need To Raise 30K in 60 Days

I've heard stories that some people in RE biz make 1 million dollars per year and even more...that's awesome!
I need to find a way to earn $30,000 within the next 60 days...is this possible? What do you recommend besides the last two books I've read by DG?

Property ID numbers

Hi, I am very new at real estate investing. We have had some recent medical expenses and have nothing left to invest with. With our basement credit, I decided to do some bird-dogging to give us a base to work with. I found a site that gave the property id numbers and with them I could look up all I needed about the property, the mortgage, the taxes past due and everything. I was so sure that I bookmarked the page, but I was wrong. Can someone please tell me how to find it again? I need all the info I can get to be able to locate good buys for good fees so I can begin working for our family.

New Investor, is it possible?

I am currently narrowing down my foreclosure lists to buy a property, rehab it to be energy efficent and use it as income? I have no credit cards, no bankruptcy, no tax liens; 2 current student loans, 4 more in collections and being disputed; paid-off car note due to total loss accident back in Feb., oh and a cell phone bill from like 4 yrs ago.

Hello everyone I just signed up to this group. I have somewhat bad credit it on its way back up. So with my credit not letting me get loans is there anyone here that can mentor me and help me get going in the right direction. I was going to try and join the academy but medical issues stopped me so the guy on the phone told me I would be disqualified if I didn't join right there and then. So I didn't join.
