What an amazing call. I can't believe everything you covered in the time you had. Of course, I wasn't able to write quite as fast as the conversation was flowing, so I'm glad we can listen to it again.

Hi Jeff and Dean:

This call tonight was exactly what I needed.
Even tho I am enrolled in the success academy, I am one of those people whose life has just gotten in the way of my training. (I do it mostly between the hours of 12AM and 3AM because that's when I have the time Can't sleep anyway)
I am self employed and because of the current conditions in this country, my secondary income has ceased and my primary income now comes from a 15 hour work day with not much financial reward. (I'm on the verge of being broke so to say I'm motivated to make Real Estate Investing work is an understatement.)
I just had my first deal go down the drain and I was thinking that I must have done something wrong so it 's back to the drawing board.
I had been dreading going back to the start of my Academy lessons because of all the time I had already put in. A lot of the things discussed on this call made me have that "I could have had a V-8" moment. I realized that I already knew what to do because I had already learned it in my lessons. All through the call I was thinking, "I've got to do this" and "Why wasn't I doing that?" I know for sure that tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me!
So thanks for having these kinds of calls. They are just what guys and gals like me need.

This is how I am basically describing this call, absolutely amazing. I am new to the REI business but last night, Jeff Jensen and Dean G. had this conference call and I want to say that it was SIMPLE!!! I am on my way on attracting success to my life.

hello everyone, happy holidays. im not sure that this is the right forum for this question but it does have to do with the awesome call dean just posted. ok, here it goes, how do you pass on a great deal to an investor or buyer without having it locked up and without giving them the address and stealing the deal from you

I just joined the Academy 4 weeks ago, and to be honest, I have let some meaningless stuff get in the way of getting started, but after listening to the conference call this early monday morning (12-28)....I, I, I, don't...real..ly know wha, wha, what to say. That was so awesome, and after listening I made a "to-do list" for today, and I'm sorry to say, that's a really big thing for me. Thank you so much Dean and Jeff, what a great christmas present to open after Christmas Day!

Thanks Jeff and Dean. I have heard this before, but it doesn't hurt to hear it again, until it sinks into my head!!! We've got a new partner and the new year should be great! All the best to you and everyone on the DG site.
