Dear DG Family, Staff, and of course, Dean,
It is such an honor to be amongst the six finalists. My life has been so enriched by Dean, the Success, Academy, PMI, and my conversations with so many of you in the DG Fam.
It is my desire to give back - back to my family, to my community, to DG Fam, to my mentors, to my church, to Dean. I've got so much more to learn and to accomplish. You know, as I've met members of our DG Fam, there are a lot of you like me - not spring chickens shall we say. This path that Dean has generously led us to is a unique opportunity - a huge and profitable oppportunity to launch into a new career in "midlife" (or beyond ) I am so grateful for that. Especially as a woman who has basically been a stay-at-home mom (yes, teaching piano and loving it, but in my living room) - who else was going to give me a chance and believe in me? Well, I am proof - as are many of you that you CAN teach an old dog (er, that sounds awful, how about a maturing woman) new tricks! Thank you thank you thank you.
So many entrees deserve to win, but I will be honored and grateful for any votes!

We know just how tremendous it is to be involved with the contest. We came in 3rd place the year Chip & Andrea won. Dean brought us out to the Edge 2009 as our prize & it was an awesome
experience. We were honored to be involved in the
infomercial clips as well as the last book. In fact we got two calls regarding Dean's TV commercial just again last night because we were recognized. Doing RE deals is one of the most exciting ways to make money imaginable.

Thank you for sharing the videos with us and especially giving us the opportunity to vote on them. They were all great videos and it is really inspiring to hear their results. All of them deserve to win. I know they all are reaping the rewards of their efforts already. Keep up the good work guys.

We would like to thank Dean and his staff along with everyone else that voted for our video to be one of the 6 finalist. All of the videos are good and the students have done a great job with REI. We wish every one good luck and more sucess not only in this contest but with REI and Life.

Dean, to see you giving so much away even more than you already have is amazing! You've already changed so many lives positively and here you go giving again! That's what makes you stand out, you are the REAL deal. Good luck to the finalists. I didnt' have a chance to enter in 2010 because I was busting my butt to get my 5 deals done. Why not do a deal with all the finalists and also the investors who missed the top five by one vote?

I feel like I am giving up my crown..... I AM SO EXCITED THOUGH!!!

When I won last year it was the very FIRST vacation my family had ever taken! I took all of my children down to the Jersey Shore for a week. Nothing fancy but it was the best week that we ever had together!!!

Since then my life has been amazing! Partnering with Dean has been incredible and getting to know him has been even more incredible!

I wish everyone luck that entered!

You are such a nice and caring person; not to mention the fact that you are "unselfish". I really would like to join your success academy but it is just not in my budget right now. I have all 3 of your books and other real estate education as well. I have been battling "cancer" and I am now "cancer free". So I can continue on with my life. I just need to "do this". I am somewhat nervous about this, but I will do it. My husband and I are a little less than 8 years from retirement age and I will make this work. No "social security" checks for us. This is so encouraging, and you ARE a man of "great integrity". Kudos to ALL of the investors on the videos. I look forward to your emails "every Monday". Thanks so much Dean for what you do, and may God continue to bless you and your family.

Thanks Dean for sharing the videos of the six Finalists and giving us the opportunity to vote for the winner. In my humble opinion, they all did a great job! They inspired me to keep submitting offers and trying to get my first accepted. I know that when I complete my first deal, it will be such a confidence builder and motivator to do another one right away.

Well, I took the time and watched all six videos. Like you said, some are a little longer than others, but they all are packed with useful information and highlight a number of the benefits from having read your books and utilized your techniques. I won't say which one I voted for, but it will be interesting to see which one received the largest number of votes. I will "tune" back in later to see the results.

I watched the first video of the finalist. How can I watch the rest of them?
I must say it's taking me a little longer to get started but I am now at least 2 days a week farming areas where I feel I can rent the houses that I buy for a positive cash flow.
I do have one investor with $100K ready to invest. We're trying to buy properties with at the most $10,000 down and a positive cash flow of at least $200./month.
