great weekly video blog!
What a great weekly video blog! We're still new to this, and I look forward to each week's new video blog. It was inspiring to see some clips from the Edge 10, and we're excited to see what new thing you have coming starting next week! We read people's stories and see them tell about their success and think, "Gosh, wouldn't it be great if we could do that, too?" Then your video blogs give us more inspiration and motivation, and we think, "We CAN do this, and we WILL succeed!" Thanks, and looking forward to next week!
Wow that brought back some
Wow that brought back some good memories.
There were so many ah ha moments but the one that stands out in my head was Rina explaining how her system worked. I really thing being able to refi without seasoning is a key to getting alot of deals done. That is one of my goals so I can use my system of buy ,refi and reinvest again over and over.
Just sitting and talking to all the succesful people at lunch and Dinner was iceing on the cake. It was amazin how nice everyone was and on their free time how they didnt mind answering your questions.
Thanks again Dean, and for reading my letters too.
Richie
Thanks Dean
For another great blog. And for still always striving for bigger and greater things for you, your family and us - your extended family You are an amazing person and its an honor to not only know you but to know so many wonderful people as a result of getting involved with real estate.
The EDGE 09 and 10 were filled with 'aha' moments that I remember each day as I move forward. Absolutely priceless! Anyone who hasnt been - make EDGE 2011 a goal at the TOP of your list
Great Blog
Here's another great blog as usually; Dean I'm waiting patiently for this big thing that's finally coming next week. Also no matter how big it is, I'm going to borrow Laura Johnson idea to make the EDGE 2011 a goal at the top of my list.
Dean,
Thanks for doing another weekly video blog for us. Its sounds like you had a great time during the past 30 days in California. Sometimes when you can clear yourself of the daily grind it is the best time to get new and fresh ideas and recharge the batteries. I hope you had a chance to visit Disneyland as well, Walt Disney is an inspiration for all entrepreneurs. We can't wait to review the special items you are working on. I am sure it will give your students another edge in real estate investing. I believe the best thing about your Gain the EDGE events is all the information, techniques, ideas and confidence we gain while attending. It feels as you are on the top of the world and the sky is the limit with opportunities. The keys are provided and it is up to us to keep moving to that next level. We wish you continued success in all you do! Believe and Achieve! - Joe and Stacey

Great blog!
I'm glad to see you back and that you spent your month thinking about all of your students. I can't wait to see what you have in store next. I'm planning to make the next EDGE event and I'm always inspired by the videos that you post.
Best wishes to all.

Great weekly blog
Moments at the Edge were constant and consistent. Truly applicable techniques. Mind set probably the most critical. Remembering to believe and just breath. If you do the work the results will come. Each item that moves me forward scares the hell out of me- not only the implementation but also the shock that this is working. Looking forward to the next BIG THING lol!
Thank you, thank you, thank you,
Theresa
THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE INSPIRATION
AND, for letting us in on the others comments and 'ah ha moments'.
EVERYday I am grateful for your positivity, Dean and what a treasure you have in Megan.I rejoice every day how our lives have been changed; it hit me again just the other day when I sat down to complete yet another application for business loan/finance, etc. and wrote down all the RE properties we now own!!!!!AND landed our first commercial deal recently. We are working very hard, ..very hard,,,,but we only expect to have to do this for a short time to meet our goals then just ease off some of the pressure and maximize our efforts in helping others, mentoring, advising, and so forth.
That's what keeps us going.

Hello Dean! Welcome Back!
I can't express the passion I have to make a difference in my life and my families life. The series of events since I left my hometown after reading your book to come and help start a real estate investing business with my son has been a roller coaster. First he lost his job and then they foreclosed on his home of seven years. His wife was pregnant and they have four other little ones, ages 3-12yrs old. I was scared, felt like an additional burden and was financially helpless. I started to put into practice what little I knew or could without money from your books. I have since closed four mortgage assignments with my son and we are still going forward at full speed ahead with little resources. We are only able to pay rent and food right now with the blessings from those closings, but its a start and we are not quitting. I can't wait for your next surprise of going over the edge. Its hard work but worth every minute of it. I pray for strength and especially for you and your family for the giving of your heart to help others. My hope is to come to that place to pay that forward too! Thanks Dean from me and family for the encouragement and tools to get started.
GREAT STUFF!!!
Thank you Dean for finally being back. I can't hardly wait for next week. I'ts just awesome to see everyone so excited and inspired by you. Thank you for sharing your knoweledge with us.

woman who cried
Thanks for adding that moment into your blog. The comment she made " What will you do today for your family tomorrow" was my aha moment! I am posting this all over my house and car! By the way, who is she? Please thank her for me.

Thanks Dean for another inspirational video and kick in the backside. I'm still fairly new at this, haven't closed a deal yet, and was beginning to go off center a bit. The dear lady at the end reminded me sooo much of me as far as being goal oriented and going after those goals. It was enough to get my game back on track and head for the GOAL-line. I thank her and all the members of this "FAMILY" for being there. I admit I haven't been as involved as I should be, but I will change that. Thank you Dean, the members of Dean's "FAMILY", and may God be with you and bless you. James M. in Appling,GA.

you Got It
Inspiring! What else can we say!
Thanks Dean and Edge company !;
Lets ROLL.
Remember that famous quote from 9/11? Well thats how I feel now. I have had a passion for Real Estate since I was 18. Like you Dean. But life has it's paths and I guess I never had the passion then that you obviously had and still have. In fact didn't you say you are a native of Marlboro NY? Well then we were neighbors. I am a native of Newburgh NY. It's been a month since I joined your program though I watched you for about 2 years. I have done some things and actually have my eye on a few properties. I have made a wonderful contact by calling a HUD listing. Much much more to do I know. I am scheduled for my first day of orientation tomorrow. I am excited and ready to be trained on the creative aspects of this business.
I am a classic case of someone that can turn it on. I look to become a success story sone day soon for you. And if I do, I have only you to thank. It's up to me to execute your success and strategies. I'm going to give it 1000 percent.
Thanks
John - LiveADream.
WOW
WOW....that brought me right back to the EDGE! Thank you Dean! Sometimes you run up against obstacles and even though you are moving forward sometimes you need that extra push or pull to get you though that last hurdle! This was the push I needed!
My AH HA moment as meeting all the fellow DGers! It was awesome! And the knowledge that I gained there has helped to move me forward in this business.
Thanks again for all you do Dean! Look forward to the new information next week!
Chris
P.S. Who's that handsome guy in the background??

Super Blog By a Really Super Guy
Dean,
Thanks again for all that you continue to do for your students. I have been around the block a few times and let me tell you, there has NEVER, and I mean NEVER has there been anyone out there who has ever done so much to help their student: much less on your vacation you are still coming up with something even more. Wow. Thanks again foe all you do for us. Something that I realize about you and the family (which I admire) is that they want to be successful not only for them and their family but wants to help others. This comes from you I think. That is my goal also. May God continue to Bless you. And Dean don't ever change from the way you are.
Felipe
Thanks Dean
Glad to see you and your family are safe back at home. Some times the best part of a vacation is when you get back home.
I do have to say you are killing me on what you have in store for us. Looking ahead to next week.
God Bless you and your family Dean.
Steve and Veronica.
Dean
Glad you made it back safe, this was very touching, really hate I miss the event. I enjoy everything you send me for encouragement.
Aha Moments
Dean, I'm glad you and your family made if home safe and sound. What a wonderful person you are to spend your vacation time thinking of others, especially those of us you don't even know. When God was creating gold, I believe the biggest chunk went to make your heart.
I've tried to make a start in real estate investing, but so far that first deal is still an elusive thing. Even though money has been tight the last couple of years, I'm holding my breath that the new WOW won't be so expensive that it puts me out of the running. Because for some reason I've been unsuccessful at making a deal that goes to completion. Hey Dean how about a plan for super Dummies? I'll be your first customer. That's all for now, everybody have a great week. Myra
Believe in God, He Believes in you!
Great Blog
It's been awhile since we heard from you. Hope you and your family had a super vacation. Sorry you had to work but it sounds like you are relaxed and excited to go. Loved you late's blog cannot wait to see what you have up your sleeves. I really could use the help. I hope as someone else said in these comments that this new thing is not very expensive. Some of us do not have any money or are living pay check to pay check. Once we get the hang this or courage to do our first deal then things would be better. I want to join the Success Academy but no money at this time. To bad if they would help you do your first DEAL then you could pay them out of that money but at least get their help, support, nudge someone that has done this and knows the ropes.
Thanks again,
well come home,
bertha
Thanks for the Motivation
Dean, thank you for the motivation each and every week. The timing is terrific and just when I need it most. Many times I know I'm doing the right thing but not everything goes the way I want and sometimes that self doubt creaps in... and then there's the WEEKLY BLOG, AWESOME! Thank you Dean!!
I can't wait until next week! Tom K.
