I BOUGHT INTO THIS PROGRAM OVER A YEAR AGO THEN QUIT IT NOW I'M BACK SOMETHING JUST KEEPS TELLING ME AND DRAWING ME BACK TO DEAN GRAZIOSI"S PROGRAM AND BOOKS ,, ( OR ELSE HE HAS A SPELL ON ME) CAUSE I CAN NOT LEAVE IT ALONE I AM SO INTERESTED WITH NOT A DIME TO MY NAME AND KNOW HOW EITHER.. Is it too late to make money in the down market since i heard it is becoming a bottom market? I still haven't made one deal yet because i wanted to reread the book a second time to ensure myself that im prepared and set to go. And i plan to join your Academy success Team but i want to make my first deal happen to pay for it and start doing more deals when i join your Success team. Please respond back Dean because I really want to make it and become successful and feel great ! Thank you

please help me, i have problem starting i went to dean coaching program.my credit score is low cant get approve from banks no cash in hands, now my husband found about the money he is very angry because he told me it was a waste of time don't do it and i didit any way.please can somebody help point me to the right direction of finding finances and buyers to buy and flip the properties.i am a paralize woman with four children in college i need all the help i can get thanks god bless.

Hi, I got lots of questions:

-How can I get someone to buy a property that I have found in 15-30 days?

-Banks take more than 30 days to approve/deny a loan.

-What about if the house is in foreclosure has equity.... but owner owns some money?

-It is easier to find a seller than a buyer.. If I found a house to sell. I would have be acting like a realtor to sell this house

-I have no money,no money, no job. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS GONNA WORK?

Can anybody answer and help me.. please only PRO.

I purchased your book about 2 months ago and complete first read in two weeks , started to read it again but since then lagged due to some other pressing matters at the time.

Now my development as an RE investor has stalled. But I am not giving it up. Looking to get motivated and go out again to look at properties and making deals.

Something is still holding me back from going out and take this aa a serious business.
Even after reading the book there are so many ifs and buts. There is no one question that I can ask.

An individual called Marc had called me from your success academy and because I did not concur with his thoughts of joining the academy rudely told me that I do not have what it takes to be Real Estate Investor and he denies to take me in the Success Academy School.

Please have mentors not to talk to people like that if an individual does want to join the academy, anyways it is by invitation only.
On the positive side your book has provided knwoledge which I did not have before. I will continue to utilize the knowledge you have provided in making deals.

My name is Tammy and I've been in the success academy 2 months now and am ready to start my first deal! I've been very quiet as I set up to jump into the deals and doing the preliminary work, but now I am calling the coaches all the time at this point. Greg knows me by first name already I am so excited about getting out there, and the academy is helping bring confidence to me as I step into territory I haven't ventured out into before and helping me realize that if someone can't understand that I'm a REI and a mom to 4 kids who can get noisy while I'm on the phone (Murphy's law) then they aren't the right people to do business with anyways. I got into analysis paralysis worrying about not coming across as 'professional'. I CAN'T wait to post about my first deal!

I have seen so many people have success after joining the academy. It is one of the things I would like to do, but finances are a block right now. I will try and do a few deals on my own so i can invest in that.( my knees are shaking- lol) Anyone here start out without access to counseling from the academy?

my knees shook too when i joined the academy !!lol the guidance and knowledge from it is amazing but dont let that prevent you from taking action after reading the books and being on here at dg.com !! all the knowledge on this site is yours for the asking !! keep studying and asking for guidance on any subject tip or strategy ,everyone on here wants you to succeed as much as you WANT IT !!

You certainly have the "mentor" status with the DG family, so I'm sure you'll be recognized and invited in.

The DG Team doesn't seem to have strict SOP's. I see the DG company as forward thinking, forward moving, resourceful from within as well as sharing outside useful information-- they are quite the opposite of corporate.

As DG Admin notices your contributions to the family, I'm guessing the absence of an Edge Badge wouldn't stop them from inviting you!

From what I gathered on page one, the gist seems to be the invitation is purely a reward for recognition, as deemed by the DG administrators.

Thank you for the great opportunity to attend the local conference in Spokane Washington. The conference was my first and it did fill in some blanks. The classes, god I wish I could attend the classes! I could not come up with the financial aid due to lack of employment and bills. But soon, I'll have that fixed I hope then It will be a matter of how much will it make me?

Dean, I have enjoyed the site for continued motivation in the real estate field. I started out about 20 years ago with buying foreclosures at the courthouse. I also branched out in tax certificates about 5 years due to foreclosure complications. This has provided another income stream from my rental properties. My primary goal at the present is encouraging others in their endeavors. I have found that the more you help others, the more it helps you. I invested in the tax deed course and received full reimbursement by investing in five properties within 30 days. This provided the motivation to me to buy properties from tax certificate purchasers through Quit Claim deeds. I will be meeting with a tax certificate investor group tomorrow to exchange ideas. Again, thanks for the site for my personal motivation.

Ive purchased all the education that has been offered to me, and I have to say, Im SOO glad I did.. Without the knowledge Ive been given through all the training, theres no way I would be where Im at today. Comming from nothing, no home, no car and no job, being a mother of 6 children, I knew I had to dive in and test my fear factor. From then until today, Ive purchased a home for my family,(using Deans Techniques), Ive been able to purchase all the things that my children have been lacking, plus bought a car. Im very confident, and grateful for people and programs like what Dean offers..
