I'm with you all the way---Never to be broke again although I'll always be rich in spirit and no one or nothing can take that from me!

Just like Dean said in one of his video blogs.....they can take everything that you have, all of the money real estate everything and you would make it back to the top with the knowledge you you obtain now. So if it were all gone you would still go back to your march to the top. That is a sweet "thang" too!! Congrats Carol you have earned it rightfully so!!

I have a creed that's on my wall beside my bed that I came up with a few months ago. It goes like this:

Money flows EASILY to me!
I AM a money magnet!
I CREATE money!
I have enough money for ALL of my wants and needs!

Now, I need to add "I will NEVER be broke again!" to the end of my creed!

Carol: Congrats on winning the DG contest and a great song by the way. I didn't know that you were using Yahoo for most buyer/seller ads. I thought you used Craigslist which I have had only very modest success with but it's free. Is Yahoo free and what section do you run your ads in? Do you still use "Investors needed for multiple investment properties"? or have you developed some new ones? Also, in running a home business do you have separate phone and fax lines for business? Do you use a 24/7 Coa or similar service? Do you use a realtor to find and make offers or do you do that yourself? I am an assignment person like you as I like fast,quick cash with no banks or credit involved to pay off bills and eliminate stress. Please advise as to how you run your home business and if you still use Yahoo almost exclusively or if you use Craigslist too. Please advise. Thanks. Ritt

I love your "hope" message. Thank you so much for the inspiration because right now I surely need it. Today is not a good day for me, I am really feeling melancholy, my heart is heavy and I am really sad that maybe I can't do this! Here we go again, I have not accomplished anything in my life worthwhile other than marrying a wonderful man (the second time around), and having two beautiful children and one grandbaby.

My car is about to be repossessed, we are behind on our mortgage payment and utilities. I can't even fly my daughter from Sacramento to Los Angeles where I live) so that I can see my new grandbaby! I feel pathetic at my age (52) that I have nothing, no assets, not even an emergency fund.

I am in tears, tears, tears. I am feeling really stuck right about now. I have read Dean's books and am in the Academy, however I am a visual person, more of a hands on type of woman and I wish there was a mentor here I could just shadow to do just one deal! That's all I need.

I hope I can get up off this feeling because it is just too negative!

If anyone out there really cares for situations like Shiela's, please step forward and help her. We are constantly being told that we are actually helping distressed property owners by saving them from financial ruin.

I don't want to hear about other peoples success stories and how everything is rosy. This is a true dire situation and if anyone can help her save her home and credit, then this is the time to act.

I just wanted to write you to say that all you need to do is read this web sited and you stated that you are in the academy, I am not in the success academy but from what I've read, you have one on one help and training that is included in what you paid for.
Give your all and read this site over and over and call the success academy for one on one and go for it.

First of all a success story does not mean everything is Rosy, it means that we were once where Shiela is now and have turned our tragedy into success. It was only 19 months ago that I was in foreclosure and on my way to homeless with 7 children, no food, utilities being shut off one at a time and no hope just like Shiela. Then to top it all off I lost both of my parents only months apart, talk about depressed!

I post my success stories to give people like Shiela hope and encouragement that she can do it too!
