That story is very inspiring to me. Heck, I think most people are looking for that $10k - $20k assign deal. I think that there's nothing wrong with that, and as I read your story, I started thinking, I could use $3,000 right now.

Martin that is a great story! Alot of people want to hit home runs when the do their first real estate deal, and by that I mean big cash. But I would say yours is a homerun just by the fact that you earned a check without alot of work, just by playing "matchmaker" as Dean and Greg Murphy say. Keep up the good work, and good luck on the next one.

I am very proud of your for not giving up and getting the job done, you are giving me hope my partner and I are saying this is our Year and we are going to do it.

I have checked numurous web site's and had no luck so far! How can I put together a buyer's list If I cant find a REI.Is it possible to start one? If so how? Im new to the DG family and Im in PA. Some help would be really nice.

Way to Go Man! The first one is done and the HUGE mental block has been lifted. I am still working on my first wholesale deal. My first deal completed was actually when i bought my Rental property when I wasn't even thinking about buying it myself when it was under contract! Things change fast on every deal!
