Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #100 - 100th Blog and $100 Bucks 4 U!

Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog

The Rolling Stones sang "Ti-i-i-ime is on my side. Yes it is!" Well, is it? Is time on your side? Last week Dean challenged you to document, (i.e. keep track of your time), what you do how much time you spend doing it.

This week he talks about why he suggested it.
Gives you some smart tips for living life realistically and what to do if you missed out on this challenge all together.

Watch and take notes...this one's a keeper.
Oh, and in honor of this being the 100th blog he's giving away $100 Dean Dollars...Jeez, I hope this doesn't become a pattern.

The details on using the $100 Off can be found on the certificate. Download it now!

Thanks Dean!
Like i sad in one of the forums, success likes nothing more then a team of bright and motivated people like on this website. Your Academy, this website and your books are always at the top of a real estate game. You have convinced me one more time that there is nothing wrong with giving all your free time to real estate:)

Dean,

Thanks so much for sharing this way for us to evaluate how we are spending our time, which is far more valuable than any money we can make. Time is more precious than anything because we know it is limited to those 24 hours, as you said. When you really think about it, the ideal amount of sleep is anywhere from 6 to 8 hours a night, which means that we really only have 16 to 18 hours during which we can be productive or make a difference.

I have done a lot to make sure that I have many more productive hours in a week than I used to. It is not easy, but nothing worth having comes without risk or sacrifice (creative destruction!) so again, thank you for helping us to guide ourselves in a more productive direction.

Thank you Dean!

Thank you for this assignment, and the bonus as well. The Bonus would be a great thing to have, I want to join the Success Academy at some point, and this could help out!

Spend less time on useless things..

Thanks for this blog Dean, and I do agree the more time we have, the better we could determine our action pursuit in Real Estate Investing. I have been procrastinating too much and now it is time for me to do it NOW. I use all my free time on Real Estate rather than hanging out with my goofy friends or watch TV everyday. But I agree with ya Dean, spending time with your family, loved ones, or anything that can influence other people is more valuable. I believe it has to do with our time management. I realize I my time management must be contemplated, but nonetheless, I am trying to add more free time towards Real Estate. Sacrifice=reward.

Dean,

Congratulations on your 100th
I'm still here and still learning.Thank you for all of your inspiration and guidance.I have not started a journal yet, but I have spent many hours here on your site reading hundreds of post and posting some of my own. I do learn something from every single one.
Besides working all day, I still manage to get more things set up with buyer list and posting adds. I guess I'm not working it in a hurried pace. But I like how I'm getting where I am going,I'm trying to do everything that's a positive move forward. Thanks again for all you do.

You can change your life, just follow your heart and don't be afraid to dream.

Blog #100!!!

SouthsideJohnny's picture

Dean,

It's amazing that you've actually done 100 of these blogs! That alone should show us all the commitment you have to our remaining on track with our efforts to succeed.

I have to admit that yesterday after work, I took a break from RE. I became a couch potatoe and watched college football for hours on end. I admit, I'm a "junkie" and my team is WINNING! I did manage to get back on track today and am almost halfway through YTYREP.

The excercise you gave us was definitley enlightening. As you said, I knew when I was writing things down, how a lot of time wasn't well spent. This lesson will help keep me on track, and give me the confidence and motivation I need to continue with my plan.

Thanks for all you do.

John

Thanks Dean

Dear Dean,

I hope you had a great week.
Congratulations on your 100th video blog. I hope the video of your home counts too. I wanted to get another post in for last weeks, but left for Ia. Thursday, just made it back home a few minutes ago. It was hard to get on the computer to do much of anything, mom moved her computer to the kitchen, so couldn't do much. My parents don't know I'm doing this, no need to tell them until I have made a profit, which will be my 5 deals. I did get to spend quality time with my kids.
Great things are happening for them. Thank you all for your prayers.

I am going to do my documenting again this week, I made it through Thurs. I do know one thing you can loose a lot of time with the computer, you have got to get aggressive with that thing, you can waste much precious time. Documenting also keeps you accountable.
This week I'm going to dig into my SFL and continue birddogging, I have 7 agents to call that have short sales. I've came close to a deal, will keep at it. In our Success Academy we have finished up closing costs, great success tips for facing your fears.
Great one for the frig.

As for being soft hearted, that's a good thing.
If one becomes hard hearted there is no room for change. I have definitely been put on the right path. God bless you much.

Sincerely
Shellsell

looking forward to 100 more!

Working hard to become one of your success stories,
Valerie

100th blog

Hi Dean just wanted to leave a comment on your blog. I havent watched all of your blogs but the ones i have are very inspiring to me. I so badly want to get away from my job i cant stand it. And when i listen to you talk it makes me believe in not only myself but you as well. I have never done a realestate deal, but i cant wait till that day comes because its been a long time coming for me and my 2 little kids. Being a single father it is tough, but its my kids that make me strive to do better. I like when you said "if not now then what when" because if i dont do realestate now then i wont ever do something with my life. I want to be successful, and i want to make a better life for me and my kids. Thank you so much for caring about the success of other people. I hope to meet you someday.
James

Wow, what stamina, what commitment!
Dean, we just want to congratulate you on your 100th video blog, and at the same time we'd like to thank you for them.
Your faithfulness in doing them is remarkable.
How many of us can say we have been that consistent in anything that involves helping others? They are not commercials unless you've got something new and wonderful that will help us. They are not condescending as if a lecture. They are friendly encouraging words of wisdom from someone who has been where we are and knows that anyone can do what he has done.
Thank you for each and every one. Please don't stop.

Recharge

Wow, I tell you..just like from Loverboy song, to many people are always "working for the weekend". I find myself in that category a lot. Everyone seems to always look forward to the weekend for a "recharge" but I tell you what, Dean, you are one of the most inspiring people I've "met". Every blog is like an instant recharge, when you've had a bad week previously, seems like nothings gone the way you intended, I look forward to my inbox citing a "new Dean blog entry". Thanks for everything.

Thank You Dean. You timing couldn't be better.
I have committed to join the success academy but having to pay property taxes this month has left me waiting for the first. It will be difficult for me to do but I make it a practice only to spend money if it goes directly toward needs or goals. It's obvious that this is a good investment.

Found some time

shinton's picture

Thanks for the challenges you give us, Dean. I found that I don't waste big chunks of time, but there are lots of 15 minutes here and 30 minutes there that are slipping away during the day. So, if it's reading your book or looking for deals, I can use these pieces of time constructively. I need to make sure that thoughts of success and my goals are at the forefront of my mind at all times. Then I can grab those minutes here and there that will add up to several hours by the end of the week. This should definitely bring results. These are like baby steps of time. If I hadn't taken you up on your challenge, I would still be wondering where I'm going to find the time to be successful. It all starts in our mindset. Thanks for the challenges and motivation each week. Can't wait to see what you have next week and also to see how much I have accomplished!

100 blogs!

Wow! that's amazing and it really seemed to go by fast. Thanks so much for all that you all do for us. Keep it coming Dean, we need every bit of it! Your generousity is unequaled and you've become the older brother I always wished I had. You always seem to have my back.
Thanks bro,
Manny

Congratulations on your 100th Blog !!!

Dean,
Thank you for your commitment to do these blogs each week. I know you are a busy man and yet you take the time for all of us to do these encouraging blogs. Not jut encouraging, but very useful and educational. I really appreciate the challenges to avoid the News and Negative People and now to document our time to remove wasted or negative things that take up our time. Time is our most valuable asset and managing it is really crucial to becoming a success. Thank you Dean for the certificate. That is a real incentive to keep coming back to the blogs.

Congratulations on your 100th Blog!

Thanks Dean,
I did last week homework as I put it and have found where I can add more time that I was just wasting to good use.

I have now made a schedule for myself to follow by each day.

When that time is put up in more than one place,It brings back how I had to do samething for my Home Day Care business.

It kept me on track,no matter how tired I was I kept to that scheduele.

Thanks again Dean

Theresa M.
