Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog #136 - What Independence Day Means to Me

Man, Dean....what another AWESOME and engaging video to get me pumped up and excited for whats to come with REI and our DG Family! And btw, to our entire DG Family and of course to you as well Dean, Happy 4th of July!! This is truly a day where we not only celebrate our independence, but we also acknowledge the importance of our history with our ancestors and family members before us that sacrificed so much for this great country. Its with great pride and honor that we stand together today as a united nation and appreciate everything this country has blessed us with, especially our FREEDOM!

So like you mentioned Dean, this is THE MONTH where we not only declare our independence, but also the time to roll up our sleeves and get absolute serious about this. And I am so ready to make that happen and take myself to where I need to be, and finally move on to the next chapter of my life! I honestly don't know why, I may be crazy, I don't know (well actually I'm really not, just a figure of speech, lol), but something inside of me....a feeling if you will, is telling me as well that this month, July 2011....WILL BE the month that my life changes forever and I finally come across to other side and join my DG family of SUCCESS! You may have said it yourself Dean, but I truly perceive and believe that to be true. I guess we'll only find that out by the end of the month, won't we? I have not received any of your emails for quite awhile, and I know they're not in my junk email because I swear I've checked a dozens times. I'd really appreciate it big time! Well again, thanks for doing another AWESOME weekly blog, this one is really opening my eyes more than you know. Happy 4th to you and your family Dean and I look forward to hearing from soon!

I can't think of a better day to declare our own independence in order to create the life we want. There is opportunity in this country and I for one plan to take advantage of it. I take you up on your challenge, Dean, and will use this month as my launching pad. And may this have been a wonderful Fourth of July for everyone!

Thank you for your continuous motivation, Dean! Happy 4th to you and your family, also! Thanks, too, to "dreamitdoit's" reply, about Financial Independence to Help Others. It's great that his pastor understands that! That is what my husband and I have believed for years...and our goal...yet we've found so many pastors who do not understand that "money" is not "evil". The Bible states the "LOVE of money" is "evil." We want to love GOD first, and use His money to HELP others!! The good or evil of money comes from what a person DOES with the money! It can either buy illegal drugs...OR it can build Churches, Hospitals and feed the hungry! So the more money is in the hands of people with a heart to help others, the better!!!

For another great blog. Thanks to your Grandfather for haveing the courage to change his life so then you would be able to change so many more lifes. Sorry to here you lost Him he must have been a great man.

Brain storming in a new and better way. There is always a new and better way but some people just can not make that concept work for them. That is the whole problem with people with people that fail I think. They need a concept that they can grasp and you can go in circles with all this wonderful stuff but it is not low enough for them to grasp and say oh now I get it. I am one of those people. I just don't get it. No matter how much I read listen talk I just don't get it. For us were losers. We work harder than anyone else but at one point you just say I quit. I had to quit for awhile and pick it up later maybe then I will get it. I don't know maybe I am just mentally changlled. Keep up the great work it must work look at your success rate.

Thank God for freedom and opportunity to become whatever we want to become in this great nation!

Yes you are correct, we are spoiled, very fortunate to have been born here in the US, the greatest country on Earth. My Great Grandparents were invited here by the United States via ship from Mexico to help clean up and rebuild San Francisco after the 1906 earthquake and fire in exchange for a land grant anywhere in California.
They became citizens and raised a large family on a ranch in Orange County. They all served in two World Wars and survived the Great Depression. You or I just as easily could have been born to starving parents in some third world country, but we hit the lotto and are very fortunate! Thanks for keeping the "Big Picture" in focus, as well as keeping us focused on the "Big Picture" So many have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and allowing the opportunities, many of which can ONLY be found here in the US, to slip passed could quite possibly be the heaviest shame that any of us could carry around as an American. They laid down their lives so that we could be free to choose as we wish. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY EVERYONE!.... Looking forward to a Full July of blogs and Emails Dean, Keep 'em coming.

My home is on the auction block today, but I have hope and ideas of what to do if my credit is bad for the next 5 years. God is in charge of the results.

I've already talked to a friend who has a house he can't rent. I know what to say to negotiate.

Dean, Thank You for nailing it on the head. We are living in the greatest nation on the planet. Our time is NOW. Before seeing your blog I had decided that this July 2011 was my re-start in real estate investing. I did the first weekend in Nov 2010 in Las Vegas. Need I say it was great! Well I did nothing since then. That was then; this is NOW. I am ready and eager to LEARN. I have also taken on new routines which are working for me. A famous football coach said; "To know and not to do, is not to know". I was stuck there, not any more. It feels good to dream and be IN ACTION!

But we shouldn't. Because so many brave men and women died all along the way so that we could have the freedom, our independence to live in a FREE COUNTRY. DEan, My Dad stowed away on a German freighter in 1912 because he doidn't want to marry the galhis folks picked for him. Jumped ship in Houston, took the name of "The Collander" cigar and we didn't know he was illegal til
ss at his demise refused the benefits to Mom. But they did finally.
So I thank God for this great fogiving country we have here and I thank ou for the opportunity at 73 to finally become wealthy. I am comming to Vegas in August and currently getting into my first deal. Owner in Raleigh NC and me here in Corpus, Christi. Just down the coast from where my Dad jumped ship. Who'd of thought it??
